It’s not possible to be any happier with a service shop. The guys at Peterbilt went ABOVEANDBEYOND what is expected from a dealership. The day after Thanksgiving I had a breakdown in my 379, and managed to get it in here. The CAT tech was off, and no one in the shop was familiar with the older mechanical CAT motors. They ended having one of the shop helpers from the wash bay call his CAT tech friend to help diagnose the problems with the motor over the phone. I don’t know who they got him to call, but I want to buy that man a beer! Based off the phone diagnosis, Peterbilt of Cincinnati was able to get me back on the road. That’s not where their commitment to service stops… The service manager called me the next day to make sure I wasn’t having any issues, and the truck was driving alright. Then called me in a week to make sure I made it home safely and to make sure the truck was holding up well. These guys are incredible!
