I will preface this by saying that I love Penn Station, I just don’t love THIS location. My experience today has caused me to not want to come back. When I called in my order, I was admonished by the crabby lady for not mentioning that I wanted the sandwich of the month combo deal before I ordered my sandwich. Like I am supposed to be completely aware of their ordering process? The parking lot for this location is also a death trap. I picked up my order(chicken Cordon bleu and fries) and drove 5 mins back to my work. Fries had already become cold by then, but what can you do? My first bite in to my sandwich revealed a 1+ inch bone which is unacceptable. Not wanting to possibly choke on any other bones, I threw the sandwich away and had microwaved fries. I’ve been going to other locations for years and never had this kind of problem ever, so I’ll just go a little farther next time I want Penn Station.

One of the worst cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. There were more onions on my sandwich than there was steak, that’s one problem. The sandwich also had no spices, salt and pepper at a minimum but very bland. That will be my last stop at Penn Station

I tried Penn station for the first time while visiting my in laws in Cincinnati. My husband and his family had raved about it so I had to give it a try. I got their signature cheesesteak and shared a large fries with my husband and his brother. My mother in law swears by the chicken teriyaki and my husband got the Dagwood which is essentially a customized make your own sandwich. I also got their fresh squeezed lemonade for my beverage. I order an 8 inch sandwich and finished the whole thing easily. I ordered it with all the toppings except for the pizza sauce(which I wouldn’t mind trying next time). It was warm, melty with cheese, and probably one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve had outside of Philly. The fries were freshly made and really awesome! The lemonade was good, but a little sweet so I could skip this next time. Overall, I really enjoyed Penn station and highly recommend it if your craving a fresh sandwich and fries! We will defintley be back.

I’ve been to Philly and NY and I’ve had«real east coast subs» but honestly I prefer Penn Station. For a chain restaurant, it’s well above my expectations and consistently delivers delicious quality subs. They use fresh ingredients, the subs are perfectly toasted, and the employees are always friendly and accommodating. My favorite is the chicken teriyaki with onions mushrooms and banana peppers.

Love this place! Great food, great service and some of the staff almost know me by name(I know what you’re thinking, I go there a lot. But actually maybe only 1 – 2 times a month!) But the food and the fries are soooooo good!

Great, cheap, and fast. Can you ask for more in a chain sandwich shop? I think not. I am partial to the cordon blue 6″ and am very happy to find a small chocolate chip cookie on my tray every tuesday.
