They CONSTANTLY try to up-sell their lotion products. Very annoying. I got suckered in to buying a $ 50 bottle of lotion. The nozzle broke and I was pretty much told «no returns after 7 days.» Are you kidding me? Ignore their sales pitches regarding the lotions. I actually heard one employee telling someone they would not tan as well unless they bought the lotion. Give me a break. Buy some Lubriderm or any lotion from the drugstore and apply it before and after… you’ll be fine. You do not need a $ 50 bottle of lotion that they will pressure you to buy.
I would prefer to have the spray bottle of cleaner in the room and be able to wipe down the bed before getting in. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t trust that their employees are doing a great job wiping down the beds after each person uses them.

Apparently Cincinnati Tan was bought out and is now called Palm Beach Tan
There are 4 different levels of tanning beds, spray tans, and stand up machines. You have your options depending on how strong of a bed you want and how much you want to pay. They have a large selection of lotions also, everything from the basic lotions to the highest levels and even have organic lotions.
I’ve been to other tanning places and when I’ve walked in I feel like I’m being judged, or they look at me like why the hell are you here. But not here at Palm Beach Tan, they make me feel welcomed. The staff is super friendly and they even remember my name, like it’s a hard last name to remember and I’m pretty unforgettable!!!
