Outside

I love Outside. They have the most unique collection of items for your patio, deck and garden. Great gifts for bird lovers and gardeners alike. We have three or four bird feeders from there including some great handmade class hummingbird feeders shaped like flowers. So many other great little items from there on our deck. They have helped us create a relaxing oasis in our own back yard. Part of a great afternoon of shopping in the Gateway Quarter Downtown. If you like Park and Vine you will love Outside.

Outside is a cute little gift and garden shop located on 12^th Street right around the corner from the Art Academy. Their products are aimed at city living and still enjoying nature.
They have some really neat items in the store to gander at. First off they have some really neat ceramic and glass bird feeders. No plastic here! Along those lines they have waste free bird seed. All the seeds are shelled so there won’t be any little piles on your porch. They have these neat little packs of seeds that each have a theme, there’s a salsa theme, a salad greens theme, and a wine lovers herb theme. The packs contain seeds to multiple plants you can grow that fit that theme. I think they are SO cute and are a great gift idea.
The other side of the store has dining stuff. I didn’t like this stuff as much as most of it was plastic dinner and party ware. Some of theme were Andy Warhol themed and there were these weird dinner plate sets that were plastic and they snap out of a plastic frame. In fact, this side of the store had a bunch of disposable things which I purposely don’t buy as that’s not very green.
In the middle of the store there are a few different kinds of wind chimes. My favorite being these pastel colored ones that are made out of those little iridescent shells. They are gorgeous and make a serene sound!
This store is perfect to find a gift for someone living in the city or the suburbs alike! They’ve only been open for about 2 and a half months so go check it out!
