I’ve seen some bad reviews for this place but I think it’s really turning around, or I just got lucky and had the most amazing server and cook. Service was prompt and our server was constantly checking on us and filling our drink(that’s one of the biggest things for me). The blooming onion came out in record time beating our drinks by a couple of seconds. The main dishes came out and we great although I suspect they sat in a salamander for a while because the plates were pretty hot, but no worries because even IF that is the case the food didn’t suffer from it. My steak was thick and juicy and was cooked to near perfection of rare. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting this good of food tonight and they surprised me.

Dont bother buying a pitcher its only 2 glasses and more expensive. Rip off! They put ice in the margarita pitcher and each glass– $ 4.75 for a glass and $ 12 pitcher. Its average nothing to get excited over. They also caked salt on our glasses without asking if we wanted it– i hate salt that’s why Im mentioning it.

I had a great dinner at a different location, so, figured this was a good choice. We were disappointed — an add-on lobster tail was VERY small, and tough and overcooked. We each ordered the 12 oz. sirloin, one medium-rare, and one rare, but, both were extremely rare, and quite tough. I had the most sickening mixed drink I’ve ever tasted — a key lime drink, which was like melted vanilla icecream with a slice of lime in it. And, staff stopped by 4 times to ask how we like things, and while we criticized the drink and the tough lobster tail, there was no effort made to do anything about either one or to replace the items. Quite disappointing.

This place is abysmal. It speaks to how addicting the cheese fries are that we even bother. I don’t go here often, I typically only order out the cheese fries but, invariably, they always get something wrong. Ask all you want for extra cheese, you’ll barely get what could be recognized as a regular amount of cheese. No bacon? Too bad they’re putting bacon on. And don’t count on getting the ranch, because they neglect to put it in at least half of the time. This is all to say nothing of the fact that the portion has been reduced by 50% over the years, while the price has been increased by nearly 100%. I have tried to bring all of these concerns to the Outback corporate office and all I got was a response from, what I can only imagine was, a minimum wage teenager, who told me all about how much he enjoys the fries as well. I would like to reiterate, the fries are unparalleled, even when they aren’t made how you asked and you don’t get the ranch, which is half of the experience. My advice: get the fries, only when you can’t resist, because they’re overpriced, and triple check your order because they probably got it wrong.

I’ve been to much better Outbacks, but this one was particularly bad for the chain. Low quality meats, not cooked well, dry, slow service. Overall what we had was edible, and we really like the menu of dishes Outback serves, so it wasn’t a total waste. But, when you pay that much for dinner, especially at a chain restaurant you’ve had previous experience with and expect to be of a certain quality, this particular location can be an extreme disappointment.

I’m not sure what is going on with Outback, but the quality of their steaks and the ability of their kitchen staff to cook a steak properly have rapidly declined over the last few years. Their filet used to be really good, but they are using such low quality beef now that I can make a better one at home. Service remains good at their Greater Cincinnati locations.

I ordered a ribeye steak, garlic mashed potatoes, and a side salad. Everything was delicious! We were waited on by Corey and he was an excellent waiter! I believe he had 5 tables, two of the five had 5+ people sitting at them. He was on top and stayed persistent, with all of us! I would gladly come back to this location! So much better then Colerain!!!

A most pleasant experience at the least. If you never had a Wallaby Darn(a frozen peach bellini) you are surely missing out! I really enjoyed my experience during my «No Worries Wednesday» visit, which is where outback offers you a 3 course meal at roughly $ 12. Includes soup or salad, meal with a side, and cheesecake or carrot cake. Mmmm mmm delish! My date and I were there for about 3 hours and not once were we rushed out or bothered too much. Our waitress Felicia catered to our every need without hovering. I would also like to point out that our steaks were cooked to perfection! I would recommend this joint to everybody!

On 5÷18÷14, I placed a carryout order to be picked up at 6pm. Staff was friendly and I love Outback food. BUT, it was obvious that my food had been sitting more than a few minutes once I got it home. Every time I have dined in it has been a 4 star experience, I am just not happy with the carry out quality.{

We had so many problems on this visit, I couldn’t help but give 2 stars. We went for my mother’s birthday, she was excited about getting the lobster/sirloin deal that was advertised. We were waiting on my aunt and uncle to arrive for a few minutes, which I guess signaled the wait staff to ignore us or something. Finally we have a server come over to our table and take our drink orders, that took forever to get to us, so I guess we shouldn’t have been surprised when everything took a flobbityjillion years to arrive. My mother asked for her steak medium rare, as did I. Mine was rare(which I didn’t mind) and my mother’s was way overcooked, almost to well-done. It was definitely closer to medium well than medium rare. It took us about 5 minutes to even find a server to flag down to ask her to take it back. She did take it back and brought it out again, this time much closer to rare than before, but really, it was better than the first time. By then, she had already finished her lobster, so she was nearly full anyway. We had all long since finished eating, so she boxed it up and took it home with her. The server just seemed like maybe she had too many tables, though if she did, they had to be in another part of the restaurant, because we really didn’t see very much of her throughout the evening. I will definitely think twice before going back to this particular Outback location.

Outback is Outback. If you are unfamiliar with this place, then unearth yourself from the rock you apparently have been living under for the past thirty-some years. Obviously this place is not going to be serving you authentic Australian dishes. And as long as you aren’t expecting gourmet, fine-dining you are going to get decent food at somewhat inflated prices. Such was the case here. Although I did mistakenly order my steak medium-rare. It was horrible. But that is because they made it medium-rare and rare anything is just gross. This is why you need to be careful when you speak. Anyway, my crew and I met here before working our last football game of the season. It was cold and raining. Not realizing that they didn’t open until 4:00 p.m. me and another one of our guys showed up about a half-hour before opening. We stood there under the awning for a few minutes when we heard the door click open. The staff invited us in even though they weren’t officially open, and put someone at the door to watch for our other three guys. They took our order, again even though they were not officially open. It was magnificent service. And the food hit the spot(except the rare meat, but again that was my own fault). Which is why they get what I believe is a well-earned five stars. Mahalo, and enjoy.

I visited Outback Steak house yesterday and I have to say it was the best meal I have had from there. I had the Outback steak a loaded baked potato and a salad. I eat there as often as I can but yesterday the food was all hot and cooked to perfection. The service was great! I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Food was standard — prices are too high comparing to the other chains in the area. Wait staff was alright — missed filling out drinks or checking on us during our visit. The drinks were terrible — weak and WAYWAY overpriced. The drink I ordered was an obvious mix and I question if there was any alcohol in it at all. There are just too many good indies in the area to justify going to a chain.

Outback is over-priced. I prefer to skip it in the dining-out rotation, but sometimes you end up with someone in your party that just lurves Outback. I’m an obliging guy, so I won’t make a fuss. There are a couple items that stand out. The Alice Springs chicken is always good, as is the loaded sweet potato. I wish the rolls were better. If you can’t get bread right, that’s not a great start to the meal. I like the curbside carry-out idea. You can order ahead and they ask for the color and make of your car. When you get there, they will run the food out to your car. Pretty nice, but usually I’ll just walk in and pick it up anyway. I feel silly sitting in the car waiting for them to notice me.

I wasn’t initially a fan of this Outback outrightly because the bartender on the particular night we went was rather rude and did not care too much about us being at the bar, nor wanting to give her money. We were patiently waiting for a table and that was our only option. I was with my parents, so it’s not like I was out to be a reckless hoodlum at the local Outback. Regardless of our encounter with her, we managed to score a bar table so we didn’t have to wait an additional 30 mins for an actual restaurant table(score!). We sat down and didn’t receive any attention from our waitress at all for the first 10 mins. She came over and apologized, explaining she is in the weeds and will have it together in the next 5 minutes, which is exactly what happened. From there on out, our experience there was great and our waitress was quite pleasant. As for the food, it’s standard what you would expect from an Outback. I won’t say it strayed too far from the norm.

Great service. They have a new option where u can either have spices or smoked steak. Both are good I prefer the spices it us great to have the option. on a side not the chicken sandwich is a great treat to have on a hot day. I would like it to be a bit quieter I have only been there when a lot if people have been eating an it’s difficult to hear people near you.
