Dr. Jonas has helped me through very toughs of my disease. He is one of the best scientific physicians I under care by. He never gave up helping me even when I was on deaths door. I consider myself to be given a miracle to be his patient. Thank you Dr. Jonas for letting me be one of your patients as I am sure my case was not so easy. Thank you to all the frobt end staff.

I went to see Dr. Atkinson at this location and was a little disappointed. There were several things that the Ohio GI and Liver Institute did right. When I called in late December, scheduling an appointment was easy and I was able to get in within two weeks. When I got to the office, I was called in to the examination room within minutes of arriving. This is where things started to go wrong. I was waiting for 30 minutes for the the doctor to show up after the nurse did her initial examination. Not horrendously long, but long enough for me to take a little nap. When the doctor arrived, he was very nice but I felt like he wasn’t really listening to me, which was confirmed when he prescribed medication that I am allergic to. Like two minutes after I told him that I am allergic to it. And then when I questioned the nurse to find out if the prescription was in fact the same medication which I am allergic to, she told me no and that I would be fine. At that point, the doctor wasn’t coming back into the room. Luckily, the pharmacy I went to answered my questions and I did manage to get Dr. Atkinson on the phone to figure out another form of treatment. But I feel like this is something that should have been caught at the appointment.
