Mt Washington Florist

I ordered flowers for my son’s girlfriend who was going through a rough time. I sent them to her home but the day of delivery she was staying at her grandmothers house. When they went to deliver the flowers and Megan wasn’t there they called the cell phone I had listed for her and she told them where she was and they drove over to her grandmother’s house to deliver the flowers. She sent me a picture of the flowers so I could see how they looked and they were just as pictured on the website. Thank you for doing a good job! :)

Had to order flowers from out-​of-​state. Always a tricky thing considering the only interaction you will have with the florist is a phone call and the hopes that the flowers turn out alright. But after speaking with Teresa at Mt. Washington Florist, I knew I had fallen into great hands.
I needed two sympathy flower arrangements that had to be delivered asap. Teresa patiently sat on the phone with me as I asked a million questions about each flower basket while slowly communicating the separate addresses, card messages sentence by sentence, and other details. She also was a doll and waited while I put her on hold to double check other specifics which I thought was so extremely kind.
She later explained that they had been in business for quite some time and that they were family owned, which for some unknown reason made me feel all warm and fuzzy about them. I had requested an email confirmation and invoice which was promptly delivered upon delivery.
When it comes to customer service, this place is a gem. I was on the phone for about 20 minutes going over this order and not once did I feel rushed. They sent the flowers out on schedule and Teresa made the entire experience extremely pleasant.
