Thank you Mike’s Car Wash for understanding your customer. Thank you for training your staff right to ensure we are able to get in and out quick with great, nice service. No matter how busy or how long the line is at a Mike’s Car Wash, the staff always gets people in and out quick. It’s well organized with a polite staff who are professional and keeps things moving. I wish more businesses were run like this!

When I was a kid, I loved the drive-​through car washes. It was like an amusement park ride for your car! Mike’s is just like the ones from my childhood, but with even better service. You drive up and an attendant helps you choose your car wash and pay. There is a bit of upselling, but it’s not overly hard sell. If you have a rear windshield wiper, they put a bag on it to protect it. As you pull into the actual car wash, another attendant helps you get your car lined up correctly and then rinses off your car. Your kids will love the Sesame Street stuffed animals they have here and there. The multicolored foaming soap is fun too.
The only downside is that there’s not one in northern Kentucky (yet?). Hopefully, that will change soon.
