I will never go to this office again. It doesn’t even deserve one star. I have had bad dental experiences in the past and am extremely nervous about going to the dentist. I woke up one morning w blood clots and constant bleeding from my tooth/​gum and went straight to my dentist. She referred me to dr. Grau. They were able to
Squeeze me in due to the severity of the situation. The moment I walked in I felt like I was a burden and not Welcome. The
Entire staff were unfriendly and not comforting. He had to numb me 7 different times (I was crying due to the pain) he snipped at me and said if I didn’t stop he would not work on me. I didn’t have a choice. I needed to get my mouth fixed. He did not tell me what he was doing the entire time. Horrible! Will never return.

I have the worst anxiety when it comes to the dentist office, and Dr. Grau made sure I had none, he is WONDERFUL!!! If you are looking for a kind amd caring oral surgeon, who will listen to you and do what you need, go to him, you will be happy you did. I was given a prescription for meds to take before I left my house the day of surgery to help me calm down, and that really helped. I am day four postop and doing great, everything went well. Thanks so much Doc!!!

Having to get your wisdom teeth pulled is a very nerve racking and scary process. You always hear horrible stories of what other have experienced. Dr. Grau and his office team made this surgery as painless and simple as it could be. I was in and out within and hour and on my way to recovery. I was explained the whole process and was given a detailed list of proper care before and after the surgery which made the healing process faster and simpler. I would totally recommend Dr. Grau if you are looking for an oral surgeon.
