In the end, I was pleased with the final result of the completed work, but unfortunately it took weeks to complete the job. There were some factors which were out of their control such a weather that delayed the process. But one main bump in the road came when the guys left after completing the job, and we go out to check it out and we see the job was not really done, there were still stumps in the ground.
Mary Ann was very responsive to my emails and the issue was remedied within a few days. She is certainly professional and cares about her customers.
Overall, I would definitely revisit this company for future tree removal needs.

I have to highly recommend this company. Our Bradford pear tree split in two places and made a huge mess all over our lawn. Merriman promptly responded– out the very next day– and did a great job for an excellent price. Would absolutely use them again.

They had the best price and did a great job taking down a massive 100 year old tree that was growing along side one of my apartment buildings.
