Eric Lusain could not have been more helpful as I made arrangements, while in another city, for a funeral to take place outside of Cincinnati. He emailed me pictures, delivered a beautiful casket in perfect condtion the next day (at 1⁄3 the cost of the funeral home’s «budget» option, and a nicer one as well), and kept me informed every step of the way.
He also worked with me to decide on the best funeral service for our needs.
I can’t thank him enough. It was such a relief to not have to be worried about being taken to the cleaners while arranging to say goodbye to a loved family member.
