The associates here are not very good. They made me wait 25 minutes to tell me that NONE of the shower doers they had put on display were in stock. Nobody wants 10 day shipping when you have a worker coming in 3 days. This place had been understaffed so much that there were 2 registers open! Even if I had gotten an item it would have been another 20 minutes. They need to staff the store before I change my review.

Back shopping on Black Friday, very helpful staff. They know the store and the products placement. I needed a sturdy 2×4 stud to use as a level in order to lift a piece of furniture to level it with wooden shim.
I found a piece of scrap 2×4 the right length in the 75% clearance bin. When I went to the checkout. The nice lady could not find a price marking on it. She said it would not cost more than $ 1.50. So she decided to just give it to me.
I had offered to pay, she did not want to accept the cash.
I will go back to Lowe’s to give back their generosity. Play it forward.

Went today to look for a new grill. The staff was very helpful and even walked to the register to make sure the order was placed correctly. I wanted it put together so have to pick it up later.
Every time I have gone to Lowes they have been very helpful. Great Customer Service!
