On my last review, a LaRosa’s spokesperson told me to go to if I had further problems with food quality or not getting what we ordered through delivery. I did so on the next order when multiple items were incorrect. We were issued a $ 20 credit, but also told not to voice problems on a third-party website(my Unilocal review) and to call the manager’s line(which I HAD done twice in the last year on more major items prior to the Unilocal review). I didn’t appreciate being told whether I should or shouldn’t voice my opinion or when or that they hadn’t even read or clearly read that I had complained to the manager’s line. So, against my husband’s better judgement, I ordered food tonight. He did not want the stress & has already vowed to never eat their food again. I just have always liked the food for years and years … when it has sauce, or isn’t raw, or burnt or has actual toppings on it. First, our credit didn’t show up online & we had to call & speak with a manager. Then delivery was supposed to be 40 – 50 mins. & was 1 ½ hours.(The driver said he was the only one on duty and had 11 orders in his car.) I’d ordered extra sauce on the pizza as there is never any sauce from this location. See the picture… that’s «extra» sauce and the pizza was burnt on top and managed to have raw dough on the inside. The calzone, which was ordered with extra cheese, was literally inverted the fillings were so sparse. So, pizza in trash & call to customer service, representative Piper, who said they could do a $ 20 credit. Re-delivery on a «rush» would take 80 mins.(After waiting 1 ½ hours.) Also, I could call corporate if I wanted. It’s frustrating being the one having to make all the effort, log complaints in a certain way &STILL get unedible food.

This is my favorite LaRosa’s! They know me well & always treat me great. Very accommodating and good service. Always get pizza. Tried lasagna once and that was a disaster. But its nice to have a fall back place to get a quick bite when the fridge is empty

We usually order online for delivery, but we happened to be on our way home and thought we would just stop in. I knew that this location added some inside seating and had wanted to check it out, but it turns out that it’s just a few tables, kind of café style. I think you still order at the counter and then they just bring out your food when it’s ready. We ended up taking our food to go because we thought we would be more comfortable at home. The food was up to expectations, and was ready within 10 minutes.

Even though they do not offer dine in, ordering delivery is not bad at all. The food comes in at a reasonable time, food is ordered correctly and fresh. Staff great and friendly.
