The level of customer service is excellent I have enjoyed shopping here today and by the look of the steaks and bacon wrapped steaks that I purchased I will enjoy them immensely. The quality of the meat is fresh tasty. The staff is super nice and know several customers by name. This store is a great place to experience a butcher shop. It’s good to know where your meat comes.

The worst butcher I have been to in my life. The guy got an attitude for giving a penny to make even change
He wasn’t smart enough to understand that concept. The stuffed pork chopped was terrible. 1^st time I ever had one with bone in from a butcher and between the bone and stuffing was a complete rip off.

Nothing makes me nostalgic for my childhood as much as going to Langen’s. Maybe I am partial due to the fact I spent so much time here weekly as a kid growing up, but to be honest, I’ve been to every butcher shop in Cincinnati and none of them top Langens. It’s a slice, no pun intended, out of a time in America when times were more simple and perceived to be more pure.
When you walk into Langen’s you take a number and peruse all of the great cuts of meat and other goodies that await you. The uniform has always been the same. White button down, maroon apron. You’re always greeted with a smile and when you have been going there as long as I have, by name. You give them your number and then your order. When all is said and done depending on how much you have or if you’re a lady, they walk your stuff out to your car for you. You cannot beat the service you get nor the quality of meat for the price. I will forever be a lifelong customer of Langen Meats!

Amazing. This place has great service and delicious meats. Everything from lunch meat to steaks and fish. It’s fresh. I’ve stopped buying meat from the local chain grocery stores and make a trip here once a week for my meat purchases. Well worth the extra trip and price.

This place is awesome. Their selection is really good and the service is tremendous. From getting special orders to their knowledge of different types and cuts, Langen’s is the way to go for an alternative to the big box stores.
We have bought everything from lunch meat to special occasion ham and turkeys. Everything has been really good so far.
