Lala’s Blissful Bites

I love the products they bake here, but I feel compelled to make a comment about one item. I feel the lemon bars are not all, that they could be, the crust, and everything about the bar is good, except the true, tart lemon flavor is lacking. The ladies who bake here are amazing, I hope they read their Unilocal reviews.

I dont usually go to any eatery on it’s first day of business, but I drive by this location twice a day on my way to/​from work, and I was in the area at lunch time, so I decided — what the heck.
I only tried the cookies and the caramel apple cheesecake bar thus far, but both of those items were outstanding in quality. It looks like the menu is centered around sweet baked goods, particularly cupcakes, cookies, donuts, and bars; but there were also two very good looking quiches on display as well as a few nearly globular bagels. I am not used to these looking this way — I am expecting more of a donut shape
The caramel apple cheesecake bar was like the offspring of the mating of a apple-​crumb coffeecake and a graham-​cracker-​crusted cheesecake. With caramel on top :-) It was one of the best dessert items have had in some time. Delicious
The interior is very clean and bright, the staff is very pleasant and accommodating,
Parking doesn’t seem to be a problem, as there is a parking lot attached to this building, though it isn’t clear whether or not Lala’s owns it
I need to get back there soon
