Kroger

I am very pleased with this Kroger. Our family has been in the area for well over 50 years, so we’re aware of the impact that this Kroger has made on the local community. The employees are outstanding. No matter what department you attend. The pharmacy, florist, deli, meat/​seafood department and customer service area are very attentive, alert and educated on everything you need to know in that certain department. In the meat department, Larry has been an experienced employee for well over 20 years. He’s kind and sweet and well mannered and he’s able to tell you any information on quality and how to prepare the certain meats the department has to offer.
There’s a young man by the name of Steven in the pharmacy department. He’s kind and well mannered as well. If I have a question on anything in the pharmacy department he’s able to alert me when there are certain warnings and is also able to get me in contact with the head pharmacist if there’s any information that I might need further questioning. He’s a value to this Kroger’s location.
Needless to say that I’ve been shopping at this Kroger’s ever since beginning of this existence and I do believe that I’ll be shopping from here for now on.

It’s an average Kroger. Their produce selection is nothing great, I can get a better selection if I drive to the Winton Rd. location or Country Fresh up the street. Their meat/​fish selection is lacking, but has the staples. Their deli counter hasn’t been updated to include the Boar’s Head partnership as other location have. Despite the fact I live 5 minutes away, I don’t do big shopping trips here because the selection is smaller; I’ll drive to Winton or even Blue Ash, but for minor visits, it’s just perfect.

This particular Kroger is A-​OK because it is less than ½ mile from my house. I also buy my gas here. I know where everything is because I’m here almost every day, but I may be changing my allegiance to Country Fresh down the road.
Hartwell Kroger will always be my stand by. I get my medications here so there’s really no escape. I am, however, tired of processed food and it seems there’s not much else here. The vegetable selection isn’t great and i’m trying to stay away from meat. Beer and wine selections are just okay. I am guessing this is one of the only small Kroger stores left in the city.

I really enjoy shopping here. Easy parking, close to I-​75, Reading, College Hill, Wyoming, Amberly, etc. The people are friendly, the store the right size, not some mega-​giant where you can’t find things.
Also convenient for gas.
