I’m giving two stars for their amazingly fast service. Truly great. I’m not giving three because that may look like a positive review which this is not. Sandwiches are OK at best, pricing is fine, but they will only give you pickles if you buy a $ 1.25 pickle, and they refuse to slice it for your sandwich. Enough lettuce to start a lettuce party, but no pickles and kinda rude when questioned about it.
Sorry JJ, won’t be back soon.

I actually read the reviews before I ordered and because I was craving Jimmy Johns I still ordered from this location! Delivery was fast sandwich sucked! Hard bread, all veggies 1 thins piece of meat an although I asked for extra mayo not 1 napkin! I work in a huge auto mall… All my coworkers said that’s why they never order and we don’t get our catered lunches from there because it’s «a lettuce sandwich» Cox Rd West Chester is the best location. EastGate horrible

A lot of a selection for sandwiches. They have multiple types of breads with their sandwiches and little bags of chips too. Very affordable and fresh every time. Always quick sandwiches make right every time. Staff is user friendly and social, place is really relaxed and quick at the same time. Unique little restaurant.

I usually have no problem with this location, but after today, they lost a customer. I ordered my food and after an hour, I had to call them and ask what is going on. He said the driver couldn’t find my address and when they called, my phone was disconnected. Mind you the same phone that I was using when I called them. The manager was unapologetic about the situation and made it all out to me my fault. Then when the did give me my food (even though I just wanted a refund and not the food anymore) I could tell that my sandwich had been sitting there for that hour. I had to throw it away due to the bread being too hard and my drink was also waters down cause the ice melted. They couldn’t even give me a fresh drink. This place is a joke. Take your business somewhere else!!!

My first visit to a JJ’s. Food is not bad but not great. They gave me an 8″ sub which wasn’t sliced. Wandered around looking for napkins, salt and pepper, cutlery, but those were nowhere to be found. It turns out that you must go back to the counter and ask for napkins. They do not have cutlery available. You are not warned of this when you order. It’s not even mentioned when you pick up your sub. So if you don’t mind gnawing on an 8″ sandwich and wiping your hands on your jeans, you’ll be happy. Also, no sign to tell you how to find the restroom… you just wander around…

I can’t stand this location! I live EXACTLY 4 min away from the store and they will not deliver to me! I have timed it BOTH ways and has NEVER been over 4min. Yet their stupid gorilla math says we are outside their delivery area… WHAT!!!
It literally takes longer to deliver to the road on the other side of Clough Pike, than it does to get to my house! Freakin morons running this store and blame it on corporate «policy».
Well… Congrats JimmyJohns, you have lost a customer for life!

Although they may have great sandwiches (of which I have yet to try and probably never will now!), their customer service was something to be desired… ie. their delivery area! This is set up by corporate NOT the local store! I live 5 minutes and less than 1 mile away (as the bird flies) and they DON’T deliver to me!!! The manager said his hands were tied and when I called Corporate the lady could care less about my complaint! I hate writing negative stuff like this it is NOT in my nature, but this really upset me! Especially when I look at who they do cover and they deliver to people that live 2 – 3 times further away than me!!!
