The attendant had no personality and I felt as I was bother upon my arrival. The room seemed old and dark when I opened the door. There was hardly any water pressure in the shower. Having reserved a suite, I was not impressed with the layout or furnishings in the room. The sofa was very dated and sagged just looking at it. The king sized bed had a huge dip in the middle. The room had two drink bottles inside of it on the floor upon my arrival. I needed to extend my stay; but the room wasn’t worth the money so I chose to move to another hotel. After spending 3 days there, never once receiving a smile, nod or hello from anyone working there. I don’t believe I will stay here again.

Great, friendly and helpful staff. Omelette are not made with real eggs so just an FYI. Great home away from home. Also you can get a free urban active pass from the front desk!

For the price and location= 5 star. It’s about 10 minute outside of the city, very clean room and bathroom. The bed was soo comfortable with 100% white cotton sheets and duvet. You’re not going to get anything better for the price I promise you.

I stayed there for one night(Dec 28), and I thought everything was great. The bed was comfy, staff pleasant, breakfast great(custom made omelet). Everything was clean, and I couldn’t hear the highway at all. They also gave us all a price discount because I had to spend a couple of days at the Jewish Hospital up the street.

DUDES! Totally dodged a bullet on this one. Many of you might consider booking this hotel because, according to Trip Advisor, it allows pets. YEAH, FOR A $ 200NON-REFUNDABLEFEE. I called after booking this place on just to find out what the pet fee was, and when the receptionist told me about this, I replied, «Uh, you mean the pet fee is nearly twice what your rooms cost?» She said«That’s our manager’s policy.» If I wanted to shell out $ 300 for a room, I’d stay at the Westin, not a 2-star hotel! Good thing they let me cancel my reservation! I will say that for the place.

I had expected a bit more from this place. The online pictures make it sound great, but in reality, it’s not all that great. The staff is really what takes it down a notch. Everyone seems to be moving in slow motion here, and simple requests seem to be problematic for them to accommodate. When my initially assigned room wasn’t available, the front desk person thought it was appropriate to complain about the«Russian cleaning staff» and how awful they were. Good to know that you trust your co-workers, thanks. Also, right next to the freeway, so be sure to get a room facing away from it if you can. The hotel was in a convenient location for my business meeting, but if I were to find myself in Cincy again for a meeting, I’d likely look elsewhere for a hotel first.

The room was pretty nice. Essentially, it was one large room with a bed, sofa, desk, and kitchen area. The hotel apparently was having a happy hour between 5 – 7 Monday-Thurs and a free continental breakfast. If you do stay here though, make sure you don’t stay on the side facing the Interstate, especially if you’re a light sleeper.
