I worked for Gunnar Properties, LLC in 2013 until their unethical decisions became unforgivable.
Worst property owners in Cincinnati. Absolutely horible business ethics that put their tenants health and safety at risk without any disclosure to the renter.
For example, when notified by the fire department during inspection of insufficient window space for emergency exits to fire escape by firefighters, the owner Deborah Linenberger told the fire department and inspector directly that she «doesn’t care if the firefighters could gain access safely in an emergency. The only thing that matters is are we going to pass the inspection.»
Only one apartment of 11 units has a vent hood over the gas stoves. This results in large accumulations of carcinogenic elements in the atmosphere of the apartment.
If you value your health and honesty is part of your character, this is NOT the apartment building for you. If you feel that overpriced apartments, unfavorable contract terms and owners who will lie to your face to get your money in their pocket suit your personal character, then this is perfect for your lifestyle.
