Great service at the Grove Park Grill on Kellogg Ave. Cincinnati, Ohio. Food was great and the Crème Brule was delicious!

This place is great. The food is a little more expensive but the quality is great. Okay variety of beer, a decent liquor selection, tasty food, and an extremely friendly staff make this a great place to visit. While all the food is great, surprise yourself with the bacon wrapped meatloaf. Better than anything your mom made :) the Flatbreads are delicious also.

My first visit to Grove Park Grille, but certainly not my last. Great space, friendly service from Kate and Ken. Even better food. My wife had the burger and I had the Reuben. Perhaps the best one I have ever had! All meats are processed on site according to Kate. Ended the meal sharing a great slice of home made carrot cake(made by the owner’s Mom) Will definitely be back, time after time.

Enjoyed the beautiful bar and attentive staff. Food was hot and delivered quickly! I can’t wait to enjoy the deck in the spring!

We chose to eat here based on a friend’s recommendation. Although a little tentative because of the mixed reviews, we quickly realized we had made an excellent choice. We had the Cedar Salmon, Shrimp Skewers, Brussels Sprouts, and Fried Green Tomatoes. The food was AMAZING and the service was top-notch! We almost always go downtown for dinner because of the lack of interesting choices on the East side of town, but we are so happy to have found such a great spot! We will definitely return!

My husband and I stopped by for an impromptu happy hour. The bartender was very personable. Disappointed with happy hour drink prices.(i.e $ 2.75 for a Bud light draft.) We ordered the nachos a suggestion of the bartender. The nachos were overcooked, chips were burnt on the edges and the chicken was very dry. Very little toppings on them. Not once did the manager who was at the end of the bar ask if we enjoyed our food. Hopefully, this was just an off night.

This restaurant is such a wonderful addition to Anderson. It’s friendly and welcoming. According to their website they intend to use local suppliers, but they don’t highlight anyone when you get there. It would be nice to celebrate the local artisans I think. It was nice but could be a lot more. I will try it again.

We made a reservation weeks ahead for our group of 30 women(individual checks). When we arrived for dinner about 5pm they were ready for us and had our tables set up on the deck like we asked. The weather was a little warm & sunny(in our eyes) but they moved umbrellas around when we asked. The service was very friendly, fast, and great. Everyone from the manager Ken to our nice server was very helpful. Even the chef had made a Quinoa Salad that I had requested since I eat Whole Food Plant Based and others in the group eat Vegan for health reasons. The food all looked good, mine tasted good, and the Quinoa Salad that we all got to try was good too. Everyone said that they had a great time and would come back with families. Fans on the deck in warmer weather would be a nice touch to consider, or perhaps more umbrellas?

This place is far better than the last for atmosphere. Food was ok, but didnt blow me away. They did a nice job on the rehab, and i may try it again since its close to the house. eli’s and brew river being only a few more minutes down 52, the casino aroud the corner, and the multitude of good foodie spots at the other end of 5 mile make it far to easy to pass up otherwise good food. All things considered i give it a solid 3 stars.

Good concept, poorly executed food. Overall impression is of a dressed-up Applebee’s. First visit, ordered the James Parker burger. It LOOKED nice, and the ingredients sound like they should work, but it was a cheap fluffy dry bun with no substance or flavor, light on bland toppings, and dry beef patty(it was cooked correctly, just oddly dry). The fries were terrible: Looked nice, but were so limp and fragile that I couldn’t hold one horizontally without it breaking off and falling on the plate. Arthur’s on Beechmont has a version of this same burger that is exponentially better, for possibly less money. Second visit, we ordered two flatbreads: Wild Mushroom and Southwestern Shrimp. They’re built on boring store-bought flatbread rectangles that didn’t appear to be preheated or prepared in any way: If you’ve ever had Flat-Out flatbreads from the Kroger section, these were identical in their dry bland tastelessness. And with the toppings, they were so limp they were hard to pick up. The Wild Mushroom flatbread looked lovely with fresh greens, figs, ricotta and mushrooms. But the overall taste was way too sweet. The«carmelized onions» seem to be a sugary product from a jar, and the«white balsamic» flavor was nowhere to be found. The Southwestern Shrimp toppings were actually quite good. Nice combination of flavors. Too bad the flatbread underneath was such a letdown. Overall, the restaurant has a nice clean, modern look, the menu looks creative and delicious, but the actual food just isn’t worth going for. Disappointing.

Ok let me start with the food. Absolutely out of this world. However the management is seriously lacking people skills. I’ve been here nearly an hour watching servers stand around waiting to be sat. I’m a sous chef at a very well known restaurant in over the rhine. For some reason a front of house manager is waiting on tables while servers have been waiting to have tables of their own. Not once did a manager touch my table or ask how my experience is going. I sincerely hope that these issues will be worked out. Good thing their chef knows his stuff. Hopefully they get their management team on point.

To begin with, the staff of this new establishment has been selected to place emphasis on warm, knowledgeable service. The menu choices are creative and delicious. This is a must stop for Foodies who want to hide their burger addictions from their friends! The deck and patio bar are new features. I highly recommend this establishment, just off of 275 on Rt. 52.

Reading these negative reviews are confusing. Why? Because this place is a 5 star find. Good food, great service, cold beer… and close to Riverbend. Perfect for a pre show dinner and drinks. The Greek and California flatbreads are great and for a fun treat get the hand cut sea salt and Parmesan cheese fries as a side.

This was our first time trying Grove Park Grill — & it was a great experience! It was a great menu for sharing w/a nice selection of apps & flatbreads. My husband got the BYO Burger, and it was perfectly cooked, as well as picture perfect. I ordered the wild mushroom flatbread, and it was covered edge to edge, unlike some places where half of it is crust. We ate inside, but will definitely check out the deck next time. Bonus points for having a nice selection of local beers on tap!

Ok … So the Grove Park is a BIG step up from the establishment that previously occupied this space. BUT… here’s my first time experience when I stopped in for quick drink and appetizers. At the bar — very friendly and efficient, and if you only want a half full martini, that’s what you will get. The calamari appetizer is really 60% deep fried vegetables. And the antipasto was what you would get from Sam’s club but with pecans nuts. To be fair the neighboring table had ordered sandwiches that looked good

Went there on a Thursday evening, after being seated for more than ten minutes, finally had to ask the desk to see if we had a server. After a few more minutes, our server came by and took our order, saying she didn’t know that she had our table. Ordered the BYO burger and the Steak Frites both medium well. Both were charred. Although we chose to not have them remade, we were not entirely satisfied to pay almost fifty dollars for this meal. Not sure that it is worth the price for what we got. The Stadium, a mile away, is much more affordable and the food is much batter. While it was well appointed, it was very noisy and seemed a little disorganized for all the staff that they had. Will probably try again in case this was just due to the newness of opening.

Had a great time with some very good food. I kept it basic and got the BYO Burger with fries, it was very good and came out pretty fast. Saw many different dishes coming out of the kitchen and they all looked very good. This is definitely a great spot, especially in the summer. Lots of nice outdoor seating. If you have to wait sit outside at the bar or sit down in the«grove» and enjoy the nice weather! They have a nice drink selection between wine and beer, plenty of options and things to try. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone I know.

Great reno. The place is unrecognizable as AJ’s. It is well appointed, but casual. The deck is great and the exterior bar is fun. The food was very good. Great burger and calamari. The flatbreads were also great. Our waitress was very attentive. I hope the good service and food continues and it becomes a great Anderson hangout.
