Horrible! Told the lady not to cut too much off the top! She cut off about 3″. Asked her how many years experience she had and she replied 14 years! Cut my hair like she was still in school. This place is like a fast food chain or an assembly line! Get em in get em out! Stick to old time barbers for men. Women I have no comment

Was traveling and really needed a cut. Back home, I avoid places like these due to general inexperience and turn-over. Upon taking with two stylists, I was put at ease about their experience level. Additionally, I could tell that nearly everyone being serviced, or waiting, were regulars that are also happy enough with their cuts to keep coming back. My stylist asked me how I wanted my hair cut and checked with me along the way to make sure things were looking right and asked twice at the end to make sure I was happy. Finally, this Great Clips is well maintained… very nice inside. Thanks!

Nothing to write home about. Hit and miss. If you’re a guy and need a simple cut, go for it.

I had a good experience at this Great Clips location. As a walk in customer, my wait was only about 5 min. I was having my hair cut shorter than I ever have before. I wasn’t sure what to expect. The girl who cut my hair(I wish I could remember her name,) did a good job explaing how she thought it would work. I had confidence in her vision. This hair cut has garnered me more compliments than any I can remember. I would return again.

Every time I go here I regret it. All the«stylists» seem to be in a hurry and do a horrible job. I guess it’s my own fault for expecting quality from Great Clips. The worst part is that when I get home I usually have to trim my hair in places that they missed.

I’ve come to expect great things from Great Clips and so has my wife, who sends me here when she is too busy to cut my hair. Although it is a franchised chain, I have remained loyal to the location at 4130 Hunt Road near the Kroger. The place has recently undergone a makeover, including new flooring, new stylish dividers and most importantly, the long overdue removal of the over-sized picture of the long-haired pseudo-cowboy on the wall. From what I gather, the owner of this store also owns around twelve stores in the Cincinnati area and runs this as a family business. My hairdresser characterized the guy as a good boss. The haircuts are a little pricey($ 13), but a discount coupon for reduced price($ 9.99) is available on the back of the Kroger receipt. Although I have always had good luck with all the beauticians and barbers, I can personally recommend George as an excellent barber.
