Couldn’t tell you about the service because I didn’t receive any! Actually, I guess that does tell you! Waited in the drive thru for ten minutes and no one ever came. I could see them inside laughing and hanging out, but no one was paying attention. Super disappointed!

We love Graeter’s but the last couple of visits at this location were sub par from other locations. I had the strawberry shortcake and barely any strawberry topping on it. All three of our sundaes seemed a little skimpy. We should have gone to the Finneytown location like we usually do or went to UDF and pocketed the extra $ 7. Our visit definitely falls short of what we love about Graeter’s. I don’t mind paying the $ 22 for the four sundaes when the quality is there but you fell short this time. Hopefully you can get it together soon.

staff is very friendly, ice cream is amazing! lots of great flavors. love anything with chocolate chips in it. I don’t know how, but their chips stay soft. it’s so good!

Great ice cream — great company!!! The store manager was great… the staff are always smiling and courteous. Location has a lot of parking spaces, and I LOVE THEIR ICE CREAM!!!

Gotta love Graeter’s, especially when it involves more than just ice cream. They’ve got pastries, donuts, etc. and enough seating for they typical crowd. Always the great, Graeter’s ice cream, of course. I personally love either a half vanilla/​half chocolate malt or a cup of one (or both) of the cookie dough or toffee chip ice cream.
