Garfield Tower Apts

We lived in Garfield Tower Apartments for approximate 10 months and really loved this place and community. The entire staff is extremely kind, helpful and accommodating! Emily and Mandy are absolutely amazing and the maintenance staff are so helpful and fast. We lived in a studio and it was really spacious. The location is an absolute win, it is so convenient to the best downtown has to offer (Bars/​Restaurants/​Fountain Square/​The Banks) and is just a couple blocks from OTR. They recently renovated the lobby, all of the hallways, and the rooftop giving a contemporary feel to the building. The residents are also kind and polite, great community!

I lived in Garfield Tower Apartments for approximate 16 months and absolutely loved this place. The location is so convenient to the best downtown has to offer (Bars/​Restaurants/​Fountain Square/​The Banks) and is just a couple blocks from OTR. It’s located in between the Central Business District (Downtown) and OTR. It’s the perfect location. Additionally, In ²⁰¹⁴⁄₂₀₁₅ they renovated the lobby, all of the hallways, and the rooftop. The colors, furniture, and overall feel is contemporary, which is refreshing. Lastly and most importantly, the entire staff is tremendously accommodating! Emily and Mandy are absolutely great! The maintenance staff are just as awesome. Living at Garfield Tower Apts. certainly made my time in Cincinnati much more enjoyable. My specific apartment wasn’t as up-​to-​date as I would have liked it but I know that they’re in the process of remodeling and updating the apartments. I didn’t really care because I definitely had the best view in Cincinnati… no seriously, I did.

A great place for the price.

Been living here for three months and havent had any probelms. The building is rather old but clean. They have regular pest control and maintenance in hallways and rooms. Staff here are friendly. Location is probably the best aspect for living here if you work in downtown.
Noise level is not the best. While neighbors are fairly quiet, street level sounds can still be heard on the 10^th floor
