I am not much of a gamer, but decided to go in a see what they had. I am looking into giving my son a Nintendo DS for his birthday in a couple of months. The store was crowded. The only employee seemed to be the one behind the counter.
The prices on used items seemed a bit high. A game being new for $ 45 and used for $ 39 doesn’t seem like a very good deal.
I was surprised that they sold used cell phones and MP3 players.
A good spot for a teenage boy to hang out while his mother or sister look at other things.

While I’m not entirely thrilled with the store chain, this location has friendly, helpful people.
Their prices are generally expensive, but they will suddenly have manager’s specials and you can find good deals if you shop regularly.
The chain has disappointed me many times, but there was a well-​publicized store where a product came with a promotion, and the headquarters instructed all stores to remove the promotional material from each box. That’s just not kewl.
They take trade-​ins but you get very little. «Buy low, sell high.» would be the appropriate thought.
I suppose it’s like many stores – caveat emptor. Do your research and keep your eyes open.

Good selection of games for all systems, new and used. They even allow you to reserve new, upcoming games with a deposit of only $ 5.00.
The best part about this store was the excellent service. Clearly the people who work here play the games and know what they’re talking about. While we were waiting in line to buy a couple games, I witnessed the sales associate helping a boy (about 10 years old). It was pretty clear the kid probably didn’t have a ton of money (what 10 year olds do?) But the sales clerk was very kind and patient and answered all of the kids questions and spent a lot of time to help him find something to buy that he could afford. The sales clerk could have easily blown the kid off or not truly helped him, but he did! It was great! I like seeing such great service where its abundantly clear, the people working there really care.
