Terrible game store. Awful management, long lines and false advertisement.
I went into the store on 12÷29÷14 looking to buy an Xbox One controller. I went to where they were located in the store and saw that they had 6 – 8 «boxes» that represented the controller I wanted. GameStop doesn’t put the actual product in the boxes so that people don’t walk out of the store with them. So I get the controller go to check out and of course there’s a line and it moves slow. By the time I get up to check out the manager informs me they do not have this controller in stock. He then continues to try and sell me a more expensive controller. He tries to manipulate me into buying one of the more expensive ones. He was almost forcing me to have to buy one of them. I asked how can you have «product» on the shelves when you don’t really have it in stock. He tried to give me some bull$&!? answer, but I was not having it and walked out of the store.
This is terrible managing by GameStop. The fact that they misrepresent products on shelves is beyond me. It’s false advertising. They are misrepresenting a product with the empty boxes on their shelves and not actually having any in stock. You would think they would be smart enough to only keep the number of boxes on the shelves of the product that they have in stock… Terrible.
Do not shop here. In fact never shop at GameStop again! They rip you off and have terrible service. You can get better deals on Amazon. Sell your games back to your friends NOT GameStop!

My experience here was more than what I expected. Upon having a really nice looking sales associate the service was phenomenal. I came in earlier today to pay off my layaway on my ps4. While speaking with the sales associate I asked her about what kind of game I should purchase with my newly acquired system and she went straight to a sales pitch on various games to make sure that her recommendation would fit my gaming interests. On top of that, I expressed my hesitation with buying a New game because of some negative hype I’ve been hearing (call of duty: advanced warfare [lagging issues]). And she went straight into selling me a used copy of the game. This saved me money while solving my issue with buying the game brand new. Also, I needed to know wether or not the system I was buying had any trial versions of PS Plus. Again, this was an answer she was able to give me within seconds. She directed me to the best subscription to fit my immediate needs. She knew her stuff and she knew it well.
Its experiences like this that make me want to return to that specific location despite the fact that it’s 15 minutes from my house and they’re are 3 locations closer. I will definitely be returning to that specific location for my further gaming needs. If I could give 10 stars, I would:
