Come to Frickers where you can bathe in the warm glow of the red lamplight, just like a delicious chicken cluster. Sit at the bar under that lamplight, slowly withering in the heat as you wait 5 – 10 minutes or possibly an eternity for a hopefully high-school-educated service worker to acknowledge your dire need for moisture. Sustenance is fine if you can get it, but with this staff, you’re more likely to catch a football game with the ever-popular television wall paper. Time and time again, I’ve regrown my legs and rolled on out of there before any purchase was to be made.

Went on a Tuesday night, it was crowded the server told us as we were seated that she had a lot of tables and we may have delays. After a quick look at the menu we ordered our drinks and food at the same time. The waitress was overworked as there was a large party seated behind us which kept her quite busy. It did not take an excessive time for the food to be served. The wings and fries were nice and hot. I had garlic medium on batter fried wings. They have a full service bar. My drink was made to perfection. It took a significantly long time to get containers to go. Overall l, I would return if in the area. Update: 1÷17÷16. I tried the funnel fries with chocolate dipping sauce. The fries were popping hot. Lightly sprinkled with powdered sugar. They were surprisingly very good. You can also get strawberry dipping sauce as well.

We don’t go here for the service or cleanliness. We go for the food and prices. It wouldn’t take much to improve this place — remodel the bathrooms, fix the lighting, etc. It could compete with Bdubs. It just chooses not to.

This place is my go to place for wings in the Mt. Healthy/NCH area. It is open seating and there many tables to choose from. Well… not this day since it was Tuesday Traditional Wing Day for 55 cents. This place was filling up pretty quickly but not too overwhelming. The place is very dim with Red light bulbs. Almost reminded me of a «Red Room» where photographers go to develop their film.(Back in the ol’ days I guess). The waitress was pretty nice and got our orders perfectly. We were there for a few hours catching up before the holiday craziness. The food was pretty good. I had traditional wings with their second to the top Hot with BBG. Not very hot in my opinion but goof flavor. Sometimes it is better to have good flavor than heat. The wing itself had some meat to it which is always a plus. I am not buying the bones in the chicken but the meat ha ha. Now are they the best wings in Cincy? This place is in my top wing place so that’s good! :-) My sister and our friends got boneless and a salad. The salad looked fresh and not wilty. all in all a good experience!

This is a local, neighborhood bar/restaurant that is exactly what you expect in that kind of place. It’s seat yourself and then the servers come to you. It’s pretty spacious and even has a patio and a side room that can be reserved for groups. I LOVE their chicken wings. They are fried to perfection and there are several sauces that you can choose from for the wings, although I always get sweet BBQ and it’s awesome. The wings are also big compared to other places like BW3. In addition to their wings, the brew fries are so good. You can really taste the beer batter on them and they are always fried to perfection. The prices at the bar are so cheap. You can get a draft 22oz beer for less than $ 3. I feel like they are usually understaffed though, so you have to wait forever to order food or drinks. All and all this is a great neighbor bar and everyone in NCH seems to enjoy it.

They charge extra if you want drumstick only. Batter on wings is to thick and over-greasy. Low-grade bar food. Restrooms are literally a cesspool. Side patio looks like it is something out a Walking Dead shoot(not maintained and no cover). I can see why food is free for kids here sometimes.

I’m surprised at the amount of poor reviews; I had a great experience at this location! I’ve been to the Fricker’s in Middletown, OH which was also fine — but I actually prefer this location! It’s larger and a much bigger space, which offers you slightly more privacy with your guest(s) without making it feel more formal. It’s relatively loud in there, music playing, multiple large TVs turned to a multitude of sports, families laughing and having a good time — my kind of place! I ordered one of their specials, it was sort of a sampler platter. It came with two sliders, wings and fries. They are actually more accommodating than BW3’s in that they allowed me to have mild wings with a side of honey mustard. You wouldn’t believe how hard it is to get that elsewhere! The wings were absolutely great, the sliders were super tasty and the fries were just got I like them; crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Our server was extremely friendly and attentive. Will be back! :)

Was one of the worst lunches we’ve had in a long time. Food was fine when we received 45 min after we ordered. Service was terrible do not recommend at all

Oh Frickers… you could be great. I hate that I have to give you only two stars. I recently stopped in for fifty cent wing(s) Tuesday. I expected the wait on a busy night, but I didn’t expect the place to lack staff for the rush. Once we ordered, it didn’t take very long for the food to come out. I was shocked until I took a bite and noticed they were room temperature. Although they weren’t hot, they were tasty. The Long Island cocktail made up for the wings. Our service was just okay. The server was friendly but so overworked that she accidentally charged us full price for the wings. I’m a fan of the Mason location.

DONTGOHERE. Been going here for 8 years. New management sucks. Flat beer. 3 out of 3 people at table all said it was flat. We had the manager try it and he said it wasn’t and that no other tables complained. Was very polite with the manager Adam and he acted like we were the issue. Adam said there is no way to replace the beer bc it’s alcohol but when asked if he could change it if he thought it was flat he said he could substitute it which doesn’t make sense. We had bought a super tube and filled our glasses up and then didn’t drink any but a few sips and left. Another time asked the waitress what the difference between chicken chunks and boneless wings was and she replied with the size so we ordered the boneless and chunks and they were the exact same thing ! But one was $ 3.00 more wtf. Ended up going to buffalo wings and rings in finneytown and it was awesome !! Yum! Service on point and food on fleek ! :) service was slow at frickers also but quainice was sweet.

So far the service has been poor. There are a couple of stars on staff but several that make the dining experience not worth it. Plus the bar is out of Remy and Woodford. This game experience is so far off to a bad start.

Wings are great… everything served hot but its a busy place and its seems a little slow on food delivery… they play keno here but don’t let the bartender do your ticket. she cost us a 85 buck win by hand entering not scanning completed ticket in… still love the wings!

Sara our server was excellent! She immediately stepped up to help us when the manager explained that we could not be served food because we were sitting in a bar area that they don’t serve people at. I find it weird that Sara isn’t the manager since she seems to be the only one who cares about the customers in this classiest of establishments. Anyway, if you decide to visit this wing joint, don’t expect too much in terms of quality of customer service unless your server is Sara.

Service is way too slow, workers argue openly in front of customers, and wings are pretty bad. The sauce is good but the wings taste like they came straight out of the freezer into the fryer. Place is always packed but I don’t understand why. I’ve seen more people get up and leave from lack of service than anywhere else I’ve been.

Mgr Adam is a$$hole. Nobody likes him not even the workers. Unwilling to work any substitutes for menu items. I thought that’s what Mgr’s were for. To make the customer happy. Bar is sinking fast. Thinking about bringing all of my Black Friends there so it can transform into a Black hangout. They’ll change their attitudes quickly if that were to happen

One of the few great places left in North College Hill…35 cent wings? Yes! However, the service is usually not so great but not bad either.

Right next to Frickers on Galbraith is a Frisch’s; talk about confusing! Anyway, Frisch’s, err I mean Frickers is a wings place that is great for catching the big game or throwing back a couple beers. The wings are decent, but could use some more variety. If you ever plan on going, Tuesdays are the days to go for the $.35 wings and beer deals. The wings were decent but certainly not earth-shattering. I ordered a side salad and was brought a plate of lettuce with some cheese and an old tomato. Oh well, what did I expect from a wing place as far as salads go? I’d still recommend coming for wings on a Tuesday, as $.35 is hard to beat.
