First Discount Travel

I’d have to say I never thought I would use a travel agency with all the online sites today, but I will always go to First Discount Travel now.
The way that it works is that you DON’T PAY ANYTHING to the First Discount Travel. They get the pay back from the hotels that you book through, but you would pay the SAME price you would online anyway. The benefit is that you are working with someone who knows every site that they book you with.
Some of the highlights
We worked with Jen who helped my girlfriend and I find a great place which was Los Cabos. She saved us from a few other sites that would have been a lesser experience.
Jen made sure we had all our paper work together and walked us through the process on how to get the passport and what to do at the airports and at the hotels.
Not only did Jen take care of us before the trip but on our way back Jen text, emailed, and called us within 10 minutes of our flight home being delayed causing us for an overnight and she had listed two options for us to get home and all we had to do was walk up to our airline and request a flight change for one of the two. We made it home on time without any issues.
I would give this place ¹⁰⁄₁₀ if I could. I will personally never go without this place again when planning a big trip.
