Great guy, called about a hot tub question and he went above and beyond to help me even though I wasn’t in front of him buying his product. To me that shows real customer service, support this guy and not a big box store!

This gentleman is probably the most professional encounter I have ever had! We contacted him to find the leak in our in-​ground pool. He detects leaks using a radar type system (I don’t really understand it BUT IT WORKS!!). When he found the leak he even continued through the pool (which is very large) and found other leaks. They were so tiny we couldn’t find them but he did. We had been so frustrated we even considered filling the darn thing in. Because of Ernie… we’ll have a pool next year! Yeah!
He literally spent as much time as necessary to get the job done right. He had one charge and it was well worth it! We would HIGHLY recommend Ernie for your pool leak detection. Awesome guy!
