This is my favorite dunkin!!! Gary and Emily are my favorite they make my morning/afternoon/evening, whenever I decide I need some coffee! The dunkin employees here are always polite, and tell you to have a good day. My order is ALWAYS correct and delicious!

Absolutely terrible! My son had a big n toasted sandwich… disgusting! He took 1 bite & couldnt even finish eating it. They had like 4 donuts, no milk & the foreigners taking your order can barely speak english. I will NEVER return to this place.

UNfriendly staff, very limited selection of donuts(go figure!), place needs to be cleaned up & physically more inviting. This is my 2nd(and last) time there. The new dark roast is just that…‘not a lot of taste. Thanks.

Horrible all around. I’ve tried this place twice now and both times were terrible. It’s a donut shop, and the first visit they had no regular donuts. None. How does a donut store not have any donuts? WOW. Fine… I gave it a pass because sometimes there are just bad circumstances. But, it became clear on my second visit that it wasn’t a one-off issue. This location is just poorly run. Again, they didn’t have regular donuts in standard flavors and then after I drove away(I did the drive thru), I realized they didn’t even give me the right order! I wouldn’t recommend ever going to this place… just not worth it. There are plenty of other good places to get donuts.

The service is horrible. They hire kids that joke around too much. I told the one girl my order and she told me no! They also have a hard time making the drinks correctly. Do not get anything other than black coffee here.

I grew up with Dunkin’ Donuts on the west coast and they do serve great donuts and have a decent price for them. You can even get them half off after 2pm, I think. However, for some reason, and it may just be at this particular location, but they use very little frosting on their donuts. It’s just a little bit on top and doesn’t get anywhere near the outside edge, it stays almost in the very center of the donut. If we get donuts, we usually go to Busken or Kroger now because: 1. My wife won’t let us buy donuts here anymore. 2. It seems as if we’re getting a better deal because of the frosting and Kroger’s and Busken’s donuts may be bigger. Just my two cents.

The donuts are good and coffee tastes fine, but when compared to Starbucks it just doesn’t compare. Here’s why: Tall coffee at Starbucks = 12oz for $ 1.50 Small coffee at Dunkin = 10oz for $ 1.30 Here’s what you get for 20 cents more at Starbucks: –2oz more coffee –a coffee«koozie» so you don’t burn yourself just holding it(seriously Dunkin, do you not offer these at all, do I need to explicitly ask for one… either way unacceptable). –a better/safer lid –honey(obviously not for everyone, but I like honey in my coffee and Dunkin said they didn’t have honey packs. Starbucks does) I may not be a coffee connoisseur, coffee is pretty much coffee to me. I will admit Dunkin might taste a little better than the Starbucks Pike roast, but not enough to compensate for the above deficiencies. A final unique pro: after the worker told me they don’t have honey I started to drive away without getting my change because all I could think about was where I could find some honey for my coffee. Luckily she flagged me down to give me my change. So that was nice of them. And don’t knock the honey until you try it. It’s sugar but tastier :) Bottom line: I’ll stick with Starbucks unless I’m really craving a donut.
