I called, the gentleman that answered the phone hung up after I said delivery, I called right back a young lady answered and said they said delivery. I ordered the special a large 1 topping horse $ 10.99. Said it would be ready in 20 min. I got there there young lady had no customer service skills, never welcomed me or say hello can I help you. Got home my pizza was burned and cold. I was so upset I just called Pizza Hut and I called back to let them know I didn’t want a pizza remade, and that I was picking up a hot fresh large pizza from Pizza Hut, where they were exceptionally nice an welcoming.

We love the pizza, but delivery from this location has always been a mess. We ordered a pizza at 1:20pm. Called at 2:20pm and were told that it would be here in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, we are still waiting. We are finished ordering from this location.

Awful. Greasy. But there is a following for low brow fast food pizza. Would likely not get again

When making an online order I made the mistake of choosing pick-​up when I thought I chose delivery. I called after an hour to see where my order was. When I called to ask where my order was the phone operator quickly replied «It’ll be there any minuet.» After waiting another 15 min and no food, I called back to the store and asked to speak to a manager and Charlene answered. She got very rude attitude over the situation. Never once apologized for the previous call that told us it would be there any minuet. After her cutting me off and being EXTREMLY rude my fiancé took over the call. She then began YELLING at my fiancé for over 20 minuets! Never once aplogized and just kept yelling!!! This woman should not be a manager!!! We order from this location all the time and will not be in the future!!!

Ok, this is my favorite pizza place in the whole world. I arrived to the US in 2001 in Dayton Ohio, and the first pizza I had was Donato’s veggie pizza, and to date, it’s the only pizza I have and I crave (actually I had one last night ;))
What I love about Donatos pizza is that their crust. I love thin crust pizzas and their veggie pizza is indeed this thin crust pizza that’s topped with onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, ripe tomatoes, olives and is seasoned with salt, pepper, oregano and topped with gooey cheese. Do try it, it’s bound to please even the serious of the meat eaters !
(of course, Donatos makes a darn good pepperoni pizza too)

I wouldn’t usually give a pizza place five stars, but today was perfection. We ate in.
The service was prompt and friendly. The wings and pizzas that we ordered were really great.
They even let us hang around for a while so we could wait for the kids to shop on their own.
We will be back.

I love the pizza, but service has always been inconsistent here (over the past five years). Sometimes they deliver on time promised, but often I have had to call after an hour passes with no delivery (even if promised in twenty, thirty or even forty) minutes. Rarely has an apology been given, but rather just stammering and «it will be soon.» Once a manager told me I should just be thankful that delivery is an option. Disappointing.

On December 7^th, I called to order a pizza. In the previous 5 times that I had ordered from this donatos, my pizza only arrived correctly once. However, they are always very apologetic and always deliver a second correct pizza quickly for free (we get our pizza with half cheese and half no cheese). As usual, my pizza arrived and was incorrect and as usual I called to let them know. I was not upset, as I always expect it. A young girl answered the phone and asked if it would be pick up or delivery. I responded «I actually already ordered and received my pizza, however it arrived and was wrong so I just needed to speak to someone about that.» Her response «WHAT!!!» I couldn’t believe how unprofessional and rude she was. Knowing that I have to speak to a manager to get my order corrected, and not wanting to waste anymore time with this girl, I then said «actually, can I just speak to a manager please?» … to which she responded «I am a manager.» I then asked to speak to anyone other than her because of her attitude issues and she refused to put anyone else on the phone. I proceeded to ask her what her name was and she wouldn’t say anything. I continued to question herald she would just hold the phone in silence. Before I got off the phone I said «so let me get this right… You’re the manager on duty there right now and you will not tell me your name?» She said «yes.» And I hung up. I was so furious that I thought about driving up there. Instead, I decided to call the downtown location and the manager there was very apologetic and made me a replacement pizza, as well as gave me coupons for another free pizza. I also contacted their corporate office and left a voicemail asking for a call back. It took 2 weeks, and me writing on their Facebook wall before I got a call back. By that point, I didn’t even care to talk to them anymore because they are clearly not that concerned about the way their employees are talking to customers on the phone. I will never order another pizza there again.

I love Donatos pizza but my experience at this location has been lackluster at best. The past 3 delivery orders have been incorrect — forgetting items; bringing incorrect items; or damaged orders. I keep giving them chances, and I’m continuously disappointed. I love you guys, but get it together. I don’t want to have to get my quick pizza fix from a nearby competitor.

This location is TERRIBLE!!! I love Donatos pizza but the workers at this location were very rude. They had my order wrong and when one worker was discussing the problem with me another worker in the back stated «what the f*** are they b****** about now» loud and clear. I was also being nice about the situation, so that comment was very unnecessary. The lady who made that comment almost seemed to be some sort of manager or supervisor as well. They whole time I was sitting there waiting on my food (after the time they said it would be ready) that same lady was cussing and yelling at the workers behind the counter. Very unimpressed with their professionalism. I will NEVER return to this Donatos location ever and will be sure to tell each and every friend of mine the awful customer service I received here.

I am a huge Donatos fan, being from Columbus it’s what I grew up on, but this place is a disaster! I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but time and time again they disappoint. The last time I ordered delivery, I finally received my order a full 2 hours after the time I was told it would be here, that’s 2 and a half hours after I ordered! When I called the first time to ask when I should be expecting my pizza, it was an hour after I had ordered, I was told that within 15 minutes it’d be there. 30 minutes after that, the delivery driver brought me my pizza and breadsticks but told me he forgot my salad and that he’d go right back and get it and be right back. I was definitely annoyed but tried to be understanding. I then discovered that he had given me someone else’s breadstick order. I called the store again to let them know of the mixup as someone else is obviously missing part of their order as well. I was quickly passed off to the manager who seemed annoyed to be speaking with me even though I was definitely being much more pleasant than he deserved after this whole ordeal. He asked what I wanted him to do to which I replied that all I wanted was my correct order and that the delivery driver should be getting back soon to pick up my salad anyway. He agreed and after another 45 minutes, I had my whole order. The people there seem useless which I know is harsh but while I fully recommend Donatos pizza as a quick, easy meal, I would advise anyone to stay away from this particular location.

Once again I tried to get a pizza delivered from this store and once again, it didn’t happen. I ordered at 7:02 and called at 7:56 because it still was not here. the driver had the wrong address, again. I was told they could deliver another in 30 more minutes. I told them to keep it. The pizza isn’t bad but I suggest you pick it up unless you have a few hours to kill before you are ready to eat. Or, just order from somewhere else.

I am a huge Donatos fan but this location just does not seem to have their act together. The place is a bit messy and the staff is less than friendly. The last three times I have ordered delivery our order was wrong. Tried to call and notify the staff but was placed on hold and the phone was never picked up.

I think I’ve found my favorite pizza in Cincinnati. La Rosa’s just doesn’t really do it for me, and Ramundo’s is fine, but I love the thin crust here. There is a generous helping of pepperoni, and it so crispy and flavorful. I didn’t like the garlic cheese bread that much. I’d definitely go back for some of the pepperoni goodness.

I like to get the pepperoni zinger! Very spicy and tasty! Yum!

I have always been a Donatos pizza fan. It has been a while since I have had an in establishment experience. I am sorry to say I was disappointed. The staff was over-​worked and did not have time and will to provide service with a smile. The table and seating are showing quite a bit of age. There is an industrial rug near the soda fountain that is ready to cause a law suit. The edges are curled up and act as a master tripping device. My pizza took 40 MINUTES to arrive. I had to go up to the counter to tell them to hand me my pizza as I pointed to it. Overall, I was terribly disappointed with the experience I had at this Donatos location.

This will FOREVER be my favorite pizza place!!! If you get the chance to visit OH (their main locations are in OH but also six other states) I ate at the one in Cincinnati and I will never forget it. I ordered the Pepperoni Zinger, it is spicy pepperoni with a pepper zinger seasoning sprinkled on top of the pizza! I absolutely LOVE pizza and eat it all the time, everywhere I go and this pizza is the REAL deal! Try it if you get the chance! (Check out their website to see what other states they are in) LOVE it!!!

I just can’t seem to find all around good pizza in Cincinnati.
We got a thin crust sausage pie, and it was ok. The flavor of the cheese and toppings was pretty good. The sausage especially was much better than standard sausage you see at these chain places. The crust was certainly thin crust, but had no character to it. It was kind of like cardboard with good toppings. This really killed it for me.
We got the pizza for delivery, and they came somewhat quick, which is a point in their favor.
I’d order from here again. For ‘pizza and beer’ pizza, it’s not bad.

First, this chain pizzeria is one of my favorites since I was a kid. I was born in Columbus Ohio, where this company was first established. Even though I believe it was better when it was not franchised. I still consider it a favorite.
Second, I would not consider this location as the place to get your first full experience impression, I was here for lunch dine-​in alone, though I was helped very promptly, I was quickly written off as an «annoying» patron, by some teenage attitude.
Going outside my normal original thin-​crust pizza style, I did go for the new «Brick Oven» style. It was good, but it did not top my aforementioned favorite. Also, make sure you try their signature pizzas, they are always a best bet!

Great thin crust pizza, excellent for noshing. Deceiving because they slice it into small pieces, so you have no idea how much you’ve eaten. The pepperoni is also excellent. Crispy, and Tasty. Awesome for groups.
