Awful experience. Complete rip off – and very expensive. Did one treatment to remove redness at $ 750 and was scarred on my face by the machine. Switched to an incredible dermatologist who said the prior practice was a scam – and licensed legitimately. New dermatologist charges $ 250 for the treatment – and is fully licensed.

I had 4 exilis elite treatments that cost $ 2700.00 with absolutely no results! Dr. Gupta offered me only 2 vela shape treatments (same as exilis) or I could pay another $ 3000. for another treatment she had in mind — are you kidding me! I totally wasted my $ 2700.00…When I reluctantly went back, the vela shape machine burned my leg, and then malfunctioned, and wouldn’t work — another wasted trip. I do not recommend going here for any treatment– you will waste your money, and I don’t want to see others do what I did!!!

I came in hoping to reduce the appearance of a scar. Dr. Gupta promised she could reduce it by 50% with 5 sessions of laser treatment costing $ 750 each. It turns out the results were temporary. The improvement lasted less than a year.
