We have been using Concord Cleaners for several years now. I have only once had a problem, and they made it right immediately. They are friendly and helpful and always on time.

Excellent service: price relationship. Counter service is OK, but manager Tom is very experienced and hugely interested in customer satisfaction. Have had some problems but Tom always cheerfully makes it right. He even does some of the ‘spotting’ and cleaning himself!
