My husband and I are new to the area and tried Concord Custom Cleaners for a number of items on more than one occasion. Every single dress I had dry cleaned came back with the stains still on it. Not only that, but they had this smokey smell and it looks to me like they didn’t clean it, they just pressed it. Upon my telling the clerk that they were still dirty, she only offered to take $ 10 off the bill.(That was only a tiny fraction of the cost). My husband’s shirts still had ring around the collar, as well. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the money. Go elsewhere!

This place is extremely overpriced. Unless it’s for a men’s dress shirt, do not go here. There is a place nearby that will do any garment for under $ 3. I tried to get a zipper fixed on a skirt and they estimated 10 – 13 dollars to fix. When I went to pick it up they said the skirt would be $ 35. It was marked as a dress, marked as an alteration and pressed without being asked(it was flowy and I didn’t want it pressed just fixed). The shorts I brought in were $ 7 to press and do not even look that good. Go somewhere else. Do it.

My go-to dry cleaner’s in Cincinnati. They have yet to lose anything or mess anything up. The press isn’t the best… probably because the plant is somewhere else and your clothes have to get transported here from the plant after it’s been pressed. I’ve had some shirts with unimpressive amount of wrinkles and have had them re-do those. But they’re always very nice, and they have coupons on their website often.

Nice alternative to Widmers. Cheaper too at least when it comes to my dress shirts. Haven’t messed anything of mine up yet either so thats a plus. Worth a try if you are in the area!
