if you care about your clothing, do not use this cleaner. On two occasions, they have burned, torn and damaged my clothes and then deny any accountability or offer any compense. I bring in a blouse, and it is returned with a gaping hole that they say was not their responsibility! Sweaters are stretched out and malformed, creases uneven. Don’t be fooled by the cheap prices, by the time you spend to replace what they have damaged, you have saved nothing!

Stained all of my shirts so I had to take them back. Not apologetic about the inconvenience. When I picked up the shirts for the 2nd time they had given me a wrong shirt and misplaced one of mine. Again not apologetic. They don’t seem to care that they screwed up. I will not be returning here. They are cheap but so is the quality of the customer service. They don’t seem to realize that the majority of people take clothes to the dry cleaner because it is convenient. Driving up there after work 4 extra times isn’t convenient.

I had been going to this Concept Cleaners for years until I took a brand new tie there to get cry cleaned. They ruined the tie after multiple attempts to clean it and refused to compensate me in any way for my damaged tie. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

I have used most dry cleaners in the Anderson Township area through the years and Cleaner Concepts has my vote. Especially now that they have installed computers to find your clothes, their service is fast. They have always made right any problem that I have ever had.
