City Limits Laundry & Tan

This is the worst tanning salon in the city. They have terrible customer service. I bought tanning lotion there and it exploded when I went to apply it in the private tanning room. They refused to do an even exchange and told me it my fault they sold me a faulty product. I felt like I needed to clean the bed upon entry. It’s also a little odd to have tanning intermixed with people doing laundry. It’s pretty disgusting when you think about it. I will never go here again.

I’ve gone here quite a few times since (according to my over-​sharing landlord) the guy who fixes my building’s washing machines has developed an addiction to painkillers, and I’ve gotta say I’m impressed. There’s a wide variety of washers to choose from, including single loaders at $ 2 a load, and machines that hold five loads at $ 5.75. On the dryers, it’s a quarter for ten minutes, but I’ve never had to go longer than thirty minutes for a regular load.
Oh, and the first time I went, one of the technicians told me that whenever she uses the machines, she crams them with as many clothes as possible. I’ve done that every time, and I’ve never had a problem with them. So chock ‘em full and get your money’s worth.
