Terrible service. Waited for 20 minutes for someone to come to our table, but no one ever did, so we left and ate somewhere else.

Love this place. The tater tots are out of this world and the ranch dressing is insane. The burgers and cheap and DELICIOUS. Good selection of beers and the wait staff is very nice. Seriously love the wings here too. It’s one of my stops when I come back to visit Cincinnati!

This place is great. Wings are very good. Chili was good. Even the cole slaw was great. Will go back to try other things on the menu. Service was very friendly.

Waited 15+ minutes without a single acknowledgement by the wait staff. In their defense, they only walked in and out about a half dozen times (I even tried to flag one down with no luck). We left sans food. You get one star, you get one star. You all get 1 star!

Great place! Couldn’t have had better wings. Second to none from the Anchor Bar. Exceptional service, good beer, and great times! Highly recommended to anyone who likes wings.

Excellent burgers and super friendly! Owner could tell we were first timers and brought out a basket of chicken chips on the house. Our server was very busy but friendly and personable. Best service we’ve had in a long time. Great prices!

Great local place to grab a bite & a drink. I love getting the chicken chips! Service can tend to be slow on the busier times (Friday and Saturday evenings).

This place has the best burgers in Cincinnati without question. The small town atmosphere is very welcoming and their prices are low. If you are looking for a place with great food, good people, and good prices, chicken on the run is the place to go.

Terrible service and food is subpar, each time I have visited the wait is over 20 minutes and they appear to be understaffed. It’s very close to me so I have given it plenty of chances and won’t be going back.

Went for the second time last night. First time was in the summer. My boyfriend introduced me to them. HE warned me that it takes awhile but the food was good and cheap. He was right. I made a vow after the first trip that I would only order takeout and not wait forever the next time. Well I took my coworker… and could kick myself for not doing what I said. They were busy in the back rooms but it makes no sense how completely rude and unprofessional the staff are. I honestly asked my friend… do you think this place is one of those places that purposely are rude as part of their Schtick? Literally not acknowledged for over ten minutes. I think that possibly it is all family with no background in customer service or they just do not care. Our food was delicious. The prices are fair. but it is the service staff who stand right in front of you talking amongst themselves and laughing at how rude they are to customer’s that blows your mind. We sat there with our boxes of food after the meal and she said I will be right there with the check and watched our server talk to the bartender while she washed glasses with her boobs hanging out for five minutes about how rude she was to a different customer then walk away and still no check. so after another five minutes I went to the bar to try to pay she then came over to the table and asked if we wanted a bag for our leftovers and to go orders and we said no. Who would have another half hour to wait? If you want to try it out Call ahead or eat at home the staff REALLY doesn’t care how they talk to you… or serve you.

This is a great neighborhood bar to check out. There wings are good and their whole menu is solid bar food. Try the fire fries.

Another on my list of great Deer Park joints! Always a great time at the Chicken. The regulars are awesome… always great people to watch a game with and drink a few cold ones. The food is awesome! Wings always hit the spot, but I would suggest you try my favorite dish, The Gregor Club!

Nice neighborhood spot… it is what it is. Locals, good bar food, and good priced beers.

I tried out this spot a few Fridays ago, figuring it would be a good way to get a sense of the neighborhood. Well, it sure was! This is strictly a jeans-​and-​sweatshirt kinda spot, and when you open the door, everyone will look at you and know you’re not a local. That’s ok, though, because they’re not mean about it. I cannot count the number of times I heard, «How ’bout them Bengals?» while sitting up at the counter and chatting with Ross, the friendly tapster. The beer was reasonably priced, and the atmosphere decidedly local and chummy. I didn’t order any food, but it looked fantastic. I’d happily go here again, and I bet it’s a hell of a spot during a football game.

Love the place for what it is. A small local joint with cheap eats and drinks that is consistently pretty good. Don’t go expecting anything fancy but for a quick, easy, relaxed place to eat you won’t find better.
For the kids there is a small arcade area and for the fans there are a decent number of TVs.

Eh — it was okay. Nice neighborhood spot with average food. The homemade chips with BBQ sauce were really great!
