I scheduled an appointment online. I have used BMW dealership service in the past for our previous car so this wasn’t a big deal. I like the accessibility of it. However what I didn’t know was I had to get a confirmation call to verify the appointment was approved which never happened. So needless to say when I showed up Monday morning for my appointment, I didn’t have one. The staff was very understanding as I guess this happens to most of your new customers who have not used your system yet. I was able to get my oil change and other items I needed to be addressed. I’m glad it wasn’t something time consuming or I would have been very upset with the customer service communication. The service department was very very professional and did a great job. I appreciated the communication of the gentleman who informed me of what was going on with my vehicle so I wasn’t sitting in the lounge wondering what was the issues. Thank you
