I don’t buy a lot of stuff here but I return consistently for the same thing because I like what I get from Busch’s. I come specifically for the Amish chicken. The price is good and the chicken is good. Dark meat chicken is my preference and they sell three pound bags of whole legs for around $ 5. I have never been disappointed with what I received, quality is good and price is good. They of course also sell whole chickens, drumsticks, etc. The only other thing I buy here is sometimes a pickle. On the counter they have a few big jars filled with giant pickles and that can be a great snack. And they are big enough to share with another person as long as you don’t mind sharing pickles. Ha! I always get the spicy pickle and it does have some kick to it. The employees are always very friendly as well. Overall, a good experience and good product. Stop by, grab some chicken and a pickle and enjoy!

This review is about one and one thing only, smoked meats. When I want to make red beans and rice, I come here. They have a huge selection of products and I scored plenty of ham hocks and country ham bones for use later. And, it was great to see so many people shopping here and using their EBT cards to grocery shop here. They are getting good products to eat and keeping it all at a local business. Plus, their prices for meats are better than Kroger.

A county store in the middle of Findlay Market. Love it. Busch’s Country Corner is known for their chicken. If you’re looking for chicken, this is the spot. It’s all free range, all natural, all delicious. Hell, it even looks delicious in the case before being cooked, that’s how you know it’s good. They also have a selection of other meats, but I can’t vouch for them, I’ll just vouch for the chicken. The workers behind the counter are clearly passionate. Most of them have a smile on their face and are easy to talk to. Whatever you’re searching for, they will help you find it. Good people all around. Don’t be chicken, try it out … or actually, do be chicken! Why not!

I have never come across a group of people that seemed so passionate about the inner-workings of the poultry business. The chicken on offer here comes in breasts, legs, thighs, etc. It may seem expensive at first, but once you find out more about it you start to understand why. Busch’s chicken is completely free-range. It’s never been frozen and the chicken are given appropriate living space and real food, no hormones and the like. They also offer high quality turkey in a similar manner. There are a few other items available like Alexandra mentioned. The weirdest thing they have available is rabbit! I’m sure there is someone in Cincy looking for it, though, so now you know where to find it.

This stall inside Findlay Market’s market house, is just at the east end of the building. You can’t miss it walking by as the free range chickens are just clucking out at you to purchase them. All their chicken is free range and you can bet on that. It all comes from Amish country if you didn’t realize that already. Around the corner you can also find some hearty bacon and chunks of fat for cooking as well as some other strange items that I’ve never seen or heard of before. Another nice thing I noticed was the beans that they have for sale on a shelf behind the counter. They were only $ 1.50 per bag which is super cheap compared to area grocery stores!
