Burger King

Totally unsanitary. Half the lights were off inside the location and the order display thing was cracked and not working. The menu sign light was even out. This is all stuff I saw within the first minute of driving up, but alas I really wanted a whopper. Whilst waiting for my order I saw a dude scrape lettuce and mayo off of a bun from an already made sandwich presumably to match someone’s plain sandwich order. It was gross to watch.
The order was wrong and we had to wait longer but actually ended up getting more food for free, well kinda. We gave the guy a couple dollars because he seemed confused.
When I get home and I noticed my whopper the meat patty and bun were completely charred and burnt. Like black burnt. Not cool bk. Not cool at all. I get this is a franchise but damn.

This Burger King is a horrible experience. I waited in the drive thru for 20 mins and the guy at the window didn’t even speak. Surprisingly the food was fresh. After a 20 min wait I would hope so. Food was placed in the bag upside down, so fries were all at the bottom of the bag. I won’t be coming back. Terrible customer service.

Well I’m ashamed to admit that I ate here but the fact is sometimes with my job it happens. On to my review:
This place is awful. The customer service is just poor. They run out of things like barbecue sauce. The manager is a hit or miss with his customer service. Just the whole demeanor of all the workers is «I don’t care.» I’d try and give them the a break and say well it is fast food… but there is no reason for this repeated poor customer service.
The building is a run down piece of junk… have they ever heard of maintenance?
Now for the only positive… the food is typically pretty fresh. No stale old nasty nuggets being served here.
Overall, I only eat here if I have to and even then I consider skipping lunch.

I’ve always had slow service in the dining room here. Visited again today and will probably not be coming here anymore. The dining room is freezing for one. Half our order was messed up even after the cashier repeated back the correct order. (Someone got a completely wrong sandwich.) The fries were cold and underdone and the line was nearly out the door by the time we ordered our food. I do believe this will be our last time eating here.

Like most burger kings they are hit and miss. This used to be our place to go after a boys night out for a late night quick burger before pass out time.
Normally its very fast in the drive thru, but sometimes you can expect to wait about 10 minutes a car. The staff is always friendly, but the last month or so the food quality has really gone down. Its gotten to the point that on Wednesdays i just make hamburgers for dinner and make a few extra so we have late nite grub at home now

I go here all the time. For a burger king it it is average. TH
he staff is always nice and friendly. However you never know how fast the service will be. Sometimes you get your food fast and other times it is like they have to go kill the cow. The one good thing is they tell you if it is going to take a few mins and if you are in the drive thru they have you pull up and bring it out. my order has only been messed up once out of the many times i have been there. So over all if you just need fast food this one is safe.

They’re always pretty fast, if you’re in the drive thru. Inside it’s more mediocre. The inside isn’t always the cleanest as well. But 9 times out of 10 the food is fresh and hot, although I’ve had my order screwed up twice, I got everything I ordered just ended up with an extra sandwich one time, and a bunch of extra fries another, without having to pay for them, so it’s not enough to dock them. They even good late night!
