I’ve stopped going to this Burger King even though it’s the only BK in the area. They never have drink carriers, which is a pain if you order more than one drink. Their strawberry shakes are disgusting and their fries are always stale. Whoever manages this place needs to be replaced.

The food I got at this Burger King was par for the course. I mean, it’s fast food– I don’t expect 5 star quality, but it was freshly made, nice and hot, and pretty tasty. But the service was a trip! I don’t think anybody ever really spoke to me. The young man at the register stared at me for a full minute, I guess waiting for me to place my order. He never said«How can I help you?» or «Can I take your order?» or even«Hey! Whadaya want?» Nothing! I paid for my food and he went back to complaining to whoever would listen that he was tired and his feet hurt. The restaurant itself was clean, which is a plus, but understaffed. But I guess that’s fast food for you.

Before I begin, I have one question about customers at fast-food restaurants(and, sorry, ladies in particular). How come so many seem surprised when after placing an order they are asked to pay?! It seems common sense to me that at least you would have previously opened your purse and taken out your wallet. And, how come if you are paying with a credit card you have to open the purse, dig out the wallet, then find the card AFTER ordering. Don’t you know you are REQUIREDBYLAW to pay for this meal! Small location located at the front of Brentwood Plaza. Some parking next to the building, but finding a spot during busy lunches can be difficult due to shared lot with Appleby’s. Had lunch, 1:45pm, Thursday afternoon. Manager took the order. Junior whopper, value fry, value drink, dine in:$ 3.93. Maybe the best buy in town at the price. I got what I expected except for extra onions on the burger. I will never complain about extra onions!(My wife will when I get home!) Fries medium warm, drink refillable. Ambiance was cafeteria tolerable. Place was clean. Burger King: still the best burgers in the Cincinnati fast-food business.(Of course, it would be nice if Hardee’s returned to town so I could get a Thickburger.)
