I ordered a part online, which ended up being the wrong part for my washing machine. The package was untouched and unopened. BA Filter Supply would not allow a return because the part was «electrical» even though the return policy said they allow returns for «most» items. I would not do business with this company ever again.

Cheaper, faster than anyplace else I could find on the internet. 2 days to get a dishwasher part, $ 50 cheaper than local repairman price for that part. Friendly service, reasonably priced shipping, too. Genuine oem part.

I just ordered a control board for my dishwasher and BA Supply had the best price, shipped it on Saturday and I got it Tuesday, even with a holiday. They provided prompt email tracking as well. I will buy my next appliance part from these guys for sure.

I ordered an incorrect part. I didn’t even take it out of the bag when I received it. They wouldn’t let me return it however. I don’t think their return policy is very accomodating or fair. Took them 2 days to respond to email. Buyer beware. Also the shipping costs wasn’t exactly buyer friendly. I have purchased parts at other places and I would recommend looking elsewhere if the price discrepancy isn’t that great.

Needed a new silverware basket for my Kenmore dishwasher and as Sears wanted about $ 35 plus $ 11 shipping, I looked online and found BA Filter Supply. They had the part; paid around $ 25 for the part and shipping and the shipping was super fast. I ordered it yesterday morning and it was here today! Thanks, BA!
