Pastries are amazing. Gelato is amazing. I treat my kids one at a time we go and sit in the big comfy chairs and indulge in cones. Kinda expensive for a cone but its yummy. I recommend the chocolate. Never really that busy.

I LOVE coming to this place. A girfriend and I meet up here once a month or every other month for breakfast and coffee. They are always so friendly and accommodating — their food is great and fast! I think their Gelato tastes great, I’ve only really ever had the Peanut butter and Dark Chocolate. Coffee, I think tastes awesome — I’ve only had the Hazelnut Coffee or an Americano(Espresso and Water) with a tad bit of Sugar Free Toffee flavoring.

I waited a few days to write this review. I have been conflicted as to how to write it. Pros: Welcoming looking seating area. Board games are located to the back for patrons to enjoy. They sell gelato, coffees, and baked goods. Cons: In accurate menu board. Drinks have sizes and prices, so I ordered by size. The girl started to tell me that the sizes were actually different than stated. Then AFTER I ordered, and AFTER she made the drink, and AFTER she rung me up, and AFTER I asked why my total was more than it should have been, did she tell me about the $ 1.00 upcharge for frappé. I asked where it said that on the menu board. She looked at the board and informed me it doesn’t. Taste was another offender. My drink tasted like instant coffee, and chocolate syrup. By far, the worse blended coffee I have ever had. I drank less than half. The only reason I drank as much as I did is I was trying to figure out what it tasted like. I finally gave up. I only came here because I received a gift certificate. I chose my order so that with tax my total would be less that the gift certificate. I didn’t bring extra money. The girl said she would cover the additional charge. At first I thought, «what great customer service.» The more I thought about it, the more it bothered me that the management puts their employees in this situation. I gladly would have ordered something else, or a smaller size if I would have known. The way she jumped right to her answer makes me think this is not the first time this has happened. There was no, I can make it smaller, or get a manager. Either that, or they do this to pad the tip jar. Either way, I felt very unsettled by the whole trip. I won’t be back.

Having a no kidding gelato place close by is awesome. Along with the gelato, they have decent coffee products and the baked goods are wonderful. From what I understand everything is made on site and the atmosphere is quite casual and relaxing. If you need a place to hang out, have something to snack on or a coffee pick up, then this is the best place to go in my opinion.

They have a LOT of flavors of gelato. I sampled both cookies and cream and cookie dough. Both were not pleasant to me because the cookies tasted old(like they had been in a refrigerator for a long time). I went with coconut and vanilla bean, which were both very good. Partner got pineapple mango and strawberry — both also good. They have a mystery flavor: if you can guess what it is, you get a free small!

I love going to Aroma’s. The gelato flavors are always good, but you have to try the dark chocolate. The flavors vary from day to day, so if the dark chocolate is not available, get something else and come back for it. I also like the sandwiches and other food they serve. I also meet clients there.

This is the spot in Bridgetown for great coffee and gelato. The name is quite appropriate. The staff is always friendly and personable. I’ve never ordered food here, so I can’t comment on that, but I must comment on the tasty selection of cupcakes as well. For the adventurous, my wife recommends the Mexican hot chocolate(it actually has cayenne pepper in it). I recommend banana gelato and hazelnut coffee, it’s great!(Of course, your tastes may vary)

I’ve come to the realization that I really only like coming here because this is where I meet my aunts. Not because of the food or coffee. This place has very small portions. For a price slightly higher than what you’d pay at any other place around town, you get just a little bit less. My father won’t even come here because he calls it a ‘breakfast teaser’ … and I can attest that I’m not full even after eating a whole omelette. I suppose I’m a bit bitter about having coffee in suburbia when there are such cooler places in the city like coffee emporium or 1215 downtown. Alas, until I can convince my family that there is an incentive to try something new, we will meet up at Aroma’s.

We went here with a large group and it was terrific. The service was great — two high school girls and they were very friendly. We all got gelato and sat there to enjoy it. All flavors were delicious, though some were pretty intense. Word to the wise — get a small. You think you want more but trust me, the flavor can be a lot to handle on some of these. The live music left a bit to be desired but you have to appreciate them supporting the local guy who’s picking and grinning in the corner. He was laid back and friendly, if a bit off-key. We’ll be back.

Aromas is great. I have had their quiche on several occasions and it never disappoints. I have also had several wraps; the Mediterranean and buffalo are my faves. Their tomato basil soup is the first soup I loved; the others were either cold or just nothing special(broccoli/cheese, vegetable, potato). Their specialty coffees are great too. Their Internet is decent. It goes out occasionally, but never for too long. It could be frustrating if you are in a hurry.

Its a cute place. If you are a gelato purist you will be disappointed. Flavors are uninspired and lifeless. Texture is icy and flat, not the true creamy texture you will experience with true gelato. Their sandwiches are good. The atmosphere is decent. The service wavers between okay and good. I enjoy my daughter’s joy in coming here, but better, real gelato exists elsewhere.

Deep in the West Side, but basically right down the street for me. This little place has all sorts of delicious treats. I came in for the gelato, but was surprised to find a variety of baked goods, too. They have cookies, cupcakes, coffee cake, danish, and a few other things I can’t put a word to, except to say they are all delicious! They have a wide variety of gelato flavors and they are swapping them in and out all the time. I didn’t do an exact count, but I’d say they stock about 15 – 20 flavors every day. I’ve tried quite a few and am always surprised by the flavor. When they say banana cream pie, you won’t believe how much it tastes EXACTLY like a banana cream pie. The gelato sizes are generous. I’m usually fine sharing a small, yes a small, with someone else. I can’t imagine trying to tackle a medium or large by myself. They have an entire third of the menu devoted to hot chocolate varieties. Unfortunately I haven’t tried any as of yet, but it’s on my to-do list. They also have a food menu, but I’ve never tried that either. I’m here for the sweets! They have one wall dedicated to art showings. One time they had local high school art students’ pieces on display. I thought that was a nice touch. They also have local musicians play on Friday and Saturday evenings. I like to see local stores supporting local people, and of course the opposite, too! If you’d like to make a day of it, this location is right next to a school with a couple playgrounds, baseball fields, and a branch of the Cincinnati Library. Grab some gelato, check out a few books and play on the playground!

I love that this little business exists only 3 minutes from my house. It is wonderful that this a family-run Gelato business can exist on the West Side. If you are not familiar with Gelato, it is what the people of Italy eat three meals a day in the blazing July heat— or maybe that was just me when I was on my honeymoon… Gelato is ice cream’s kick ass older brother. Way creamier and smoother than ice cream. The store is cute and has a coffee shop/diner feel. Employees are friendly. Best is the Gelato… though a little pricey it is worth it! Can’t tell you a favorite flavor because they are all amazing— guess you will have to go there to try them all!

This place is a bit off the beaten path, and I even live on the west side of town. It’s in a development-ish strip mall area with a few gas stations nearby-would be easy to pas by or never reach if you didn’t know where you’re going. That said, I guess if you’re deep in the heart of Bridgetown this is on the way to a major thorough fare; for me it’s a bit of a trek but, one worth taking. I first went here with a Groupon for cupcakes. They were good, if a bit rich, and I learned about this cute little hideaway in the process. It was a win-win situation. I now go for the gelato(that they are making in house) and coffee. They also have games in the back of the store so should it strike you to play Scrabble, Yahtzee, Domino’s, or other favorites, it’s certainly available. This is a nice place to sit and chat, or get work done just the same. Additionally, when I went this past Friday to top off a dinner out, we were greeted with a nice musician whose name is escaping me right now. A nice touch for such a location. If you’re nearby this place is a gem, if you’re a bit away a nice adventure. Worth giving a shot, for sure.

Had lunch today with my sister. I found it a cute little place. Gelato was excellent. Food was over priced and took FOREVER to get to us even though we were the only people in there. I wouldn’t go back.

This place makes me love taking my son to his preschool. This is where I stop in the morning afterwards for good food and coffee. The staff is always friendly. My wife and I ended a date night there and had some of the gelato. So good.

It’s about time the west side got a place like this. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice to hang out it for hours, like any good coffee shop. I’ve studied for the GRE here, written here, etc. and I always feel welcome to stay as long as I like. The gelato is a must. There’s a variety of flavors and they will give you samples to help you decide. It’s quite a hard decision.

Delightful coffee bar and comfortable casual lunch spot deep in the heart of Bridgetown. I had a delicious panini sandwich and my friend had a beautiful chicken salad plate. Prices are very reasonable. They also have a nice selection of baked goods, and of course the gelato is the main attraction – I think there were about 12 different flavors. This spot is brings a little bit of East Side ambience to the West Side! Highly recommended.

One of the best places in town for gelato!!! They make their own and it’s superb. I haven’t tried their coffee, because I don’t drink that nasty stuff. :) The place is clean and the owner’s are nice. They also feature local painters, photographers, which is cool. What to try: Passion fruit gelato… biggie size it!!!
