They did a good job, but this is literally the most expensive dry-cleaner I’ve ever been to. Disappointing, since it’s so conveniently located.

Awful and crazy over-priced. How this place keep surviving? Just go somewhere else or they will ruin your clothes. Also the staffs have terrible manners

If I could give negative stars I would. I took a brand-new white shirt to be starched because it was going to be for a wedding they advised me that they had to launder the shirt and then starch so I said fine. when I went to go pick it up there was a nice brown stain right on the front of a brand-new shirt that had never even been out of the wrapper it was on a Saturday so no one was there to remove the stain. the lady told me that unfortunately there was nothing that they could do that I’d have to come back Monday the problem was is that it was for a wedding that was that Sunday. We had to buy s new shirt so Bc they damaged the shirt I requested s refund the manager told me no refund only credit. At this point I didn’t want a credit Bc their custom service was so awful! After 4 weeks of back and forth he finally gave me a check to cover the cost of the shirt I had to replace. Never ever again will I support them!

I dropped off a sweater that had a stained sleeve. When I went to pick it up 2 days later and paid 8.30 I saw the stains were still there. I said why am I paying you for a sweater I am going to walk out and throw away. The lady behind the counter said she would send it back for a re clean but only if I paid the original 8.30 first. I have a feeling I will be picking up a dirty sweater on Friday. I won’t use them again or recommend to anyone.

Expensive but only fair results. Not as good as other dry cleaners that I have used. I was billed monthly and they wanted the payment by the 25th of the month. I pay bills at the beginning and end of the month and they were always charging late fees. Cancelled service and went back to our old dry cleaning service.

Several years ago I stopped patronizing this establishment because they«lost» a $ 200.00 sweater of mine. Recently, I thought I would give them another chance. In the mornings, when I drop off my clothes, the sales people are always pleasant but do not always give me a ticket. Usually, it has not been a problem. Today, however, when I went in the late afternoon I was«greeted»(if you can say that) by a rather brusque older woman who, after I gave her my phone number clearly typed in the wrong number then proceeded to tell me that there were no items for that number and that she needed to see my ticket. When I told her I did not have a ticket, she said, ‘What’s your name,” in a rather rushed tone. When that did not turn anything up, she disappeared only to reappear with my clothes. When I asked what happened she merely said, «I just found them, ok?» to avoid a repeat I asked what I should do in the future and, to summarize, she basically told me that their system often goes down and then I have to ask for a hand written receipt. That’s all I needed to hear. I am not going to take my expensive clothes to a cleaners that cannot keep track of my items.

I had to create a Unilocal account for this one. I had scheduled a job interview on Friday afternoon for Monday at 3:00. With no time to get my shirt dry cleaned, I took one shirt here at 7:20 am on Monday. I asked if it was possible to get it back by 2:00 pm at the absolute latest. Which the young lady at the counter assured me they were capable of this. I replied, «that would be awesome and you would save my life.» I went back at 1:20 pm to see if it might be ready, which the lady said that it would be ready by 5! I inquired and she said, «oh no I’m sorry it says rush. It will be ready by 2:00.» I said, «are you sure? I realize this may be a short time, if there is an issue then please tell me now so I have time to go buy a new one.» She confirmed, 2:00. Went back at 2:05, same lady, still didn’t recognize me. She said let me look for it. I waited 15 minutes and walked out so I wouldn’t be late for my interview! I hope they do something to address this situation when get my shirt tomorrow.

I’ll give them this, my dry cleaning was done well. That said, I kind of expect my dry cleaning to be done well, it’s not as though this is some new break through science. Further, one of the items I brought them was a wool sweater, which after cleaning they hung on a hanger, as in through the collar with the weight on the shoulders. This is not the best way to store a sweater as it stretches the sweater out. I asked, «is this the way you always handle sweaters?» The woman replied, «yes, unless you request it to be folded.» How was I supposed to know that there was even an option? It just seems to me being a clothing cleaning professional that they would know this is not good for a wool sweater. Anyway, the worst part is they are absurdly expensive. $ 18 for a two piece suit? Really!!! Are you dry cleaning it in the tears of a unicorn? They are convenient to where I live, but not so convenient that I’m going to let them smack me in the face with the good money I use to pay their absurd prices. Thank you, please drive through.
