XO Nails

Went there for a pampering day with a bride and her maids. Got a mani and pedi. The pedi was great except she cut my toe and made me bleed. But I wasn’t to worried about that. When it came to my mani she filed my nail and filed my skin down and I began to bleed again. I wasn’t to worried until I looked at my big toe not knowing it was cut… My toe is infected now! Don’t come here! Worst mani pedi I have ever had!

I’ve been here several times as a walk-​in and also made appointments. Service and prices are great and keeps me coming back! The regular nail polish selection is not a varied but I’ve brought in my own polish before and haven’t had any problems. Shellac manicure comes with paraffin hand wax treatment which is nice! I appreciate this place because it is easily accessible and open on Sunday’s (except during the winter months). Check it out — you won’t find many places with similar low prices!

I have 3 daughters and we all like having our nails and brows done here. The nail polish stays on, the service is great and they are really good with designs on your nails, as well as giving kids the same service as the adults. I don’t feel cheated when I pay for my 7 year old to get her nails done too.
Prices are average except on days they have specials, and they are really great prices. They aren’t pushy either.
I have two young adult girls and they both only go to XO nails to get their brows waxed.

I walked In to get a pedicure and the lady was very nice and talkative, they didn’t have a ton of color choices, and A LOT of shades of red. A massage is included with the regular pedicure but she didn’t really spend a lot of time on it and wasn’t very thorough. And the paint job was simply okay. The people were friendly and funny and I’ve had worse pedicure experiences, but it definitely wasn’t anything great.

Today has been a busy day, with birthday celebrating and all. But, all I wanted was a much needed pedicure. I headed over to XO Nails around 7 pm. As I was walking in wiht my little sister, she noticed on the door that they close at 7. I apologized and said we’d come back. They smiled and waived us in, saying «no problem, come in»
I got a fantastic pedicure and manicure. We didn’t walk out until nearly 9. I assume it was the owner but she asked us to fill out a piece of paper with our names and birthdates and such. My sister told her that it was my birthday today, and she got really excited for me and gave me a free bottle of lotion since I had already paid for my mani/​pedi. (I think they give you a discount, or a free mani for your birthday… I’m not sure exactly.)
There was another lady in the shop. She was incredibly picky. I’m talking OCD to the maximus picky. It took the poor nail tech over an hour to simply «fix» the pickiness. He did it happily. He wasn’t short in his answers, he tried and and tried to make them exactly perfect for this client. There wasn’t even any chit chat in a different language. He just kept fixing. He helped her with her keys and called her by name and said «Thank you» as she left. That says a lot about the level of customer service this shop delivers.
I love this place.
