As with most walmart’s dirty produce is what other stores won’t buy. No customer service minus 3 stars. Long checkout lines and employees doing nothing else. I so enjoyed Europe for 3 years and no Walmart’s

slow checkers, no one cares about their job, usually not very helpful. good location but workers don’t look happy. my biggest complaint is that the food isles are NOT marked properly. if you are looking for an item and it is not written on the above sign you walk all the way to the back of the store and still can’t find it, but when u turn around and walk back(frustrated) you see it on the BACK of the above sign. all items need to be on BOTH sides of the sign. very poorly thought out. the entire store is designed poorly so u have to spend ½ your time there walking around. very very frustrating. hate going there.

Dirty store, poor selection, mediocre prices. I came here for a few simple items. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the floor was a mess. We’re not talking about dirt getting tracked in by shoes, but grime and grunge all over the floor, everywhere. Selection was poor. Numerous gaps on the shelves from missing items. I thought produce might be better, but the prices were higher than at other stores in the area, including another OKC Wal*Mart. The store seemed very cluttered and disorganized too. I walked right out! Not recommended.

So I came to the walmart services center to pick up something and when we got there we tried to get help but no one wanted to help us and all they did was walk by and look at us. We had to wait for a long time for someone to come… I’m not happy with the service here and wish there was more people working here so that they can do the job right.

Rude, unfriendly staff. Filthy store. Produce is always covered in flies or mould. I can rarely find anyone for help, and the times I do, they act like helping me is the biggest burden. Don’t bother even calling to check stock on an item; they will put you on hold for 15 minutes and eventually just hang up on you.

It’s cheaper than other places, but I hate waiting in super long lines. You’ll always be in a long line here no matter what.

Hi there… My name is Jeff, and… I’m a recovering Walmart shopper. I’m happy to say that it’s been more than 40 days since my last Walmart purchase. The desire to change, to stop making Walmart my first stop came from the realization that I was actually dreading the prospect of stepping into the warehouse where dreams and decency go to die. The days where shopping at Walmart was a simple process is… well, it’s a thing of the past. In recent years, it had become an ever increasing chore that went something like this: Step 1: Try to find parking in the same zip code Step 2: Deal with the Walmart rabble on the way in Step 3: Wander the aisles trying to find the one and only item I need, but I don’t know where it is, and neither do the employees apparently Step 4: Deal with more of the rabble while searching for the item Step 5: Get in line at one of three checkout registers(out of 40) that’s ever open Step 6: Deal with even more of the rabble on the way out My 5 minute quick shop-stop would turn into 30 minutes. Every time. So I decided that I wanted no more of it. It’s been a surprisingly easy process to cut Walmart out of my life. I’ve discovered that Walmart is rarely if ever the cheapest option any more. More often than not, there was a lot of signage trickery to make me think that something was a good deal when it really wasn’t. But as I began to frequent other stores in the area(Crest, Buy For Less, Aldi, Sprouts, Homeland, Dollar General, etc.) in a purposeful manner, I discovered that not only am I able to get better stuff, but I can almost always get it for cheaper. Sure, now my shopping requires more time, foresight, planning, and driving, but in exchange, there are some benefits: Benefit 1: I save some money. Yay! More money to spend on the important things. Like cake. Benefit 2: I no longer stand in line for ages. Benefit 3: . Now the only time I have to run into them is when I’m at the State Fair. Next step is to stop going to the State Fair. Benefit 4: I’m no longer supporting this atrocious company that cares about me as much as they care about their own employees(hint: they don’t care about their own employees). Benefit 5: I’m a nicer person now. I’m not short-fused and cranky from dealing with the rigmarole of shopping at Walmart. I’m gonna be okay, you guys. Life has more meaning now.

Went to this store around 10pm. Lady in appliances was extremely helpful. Manager in the sporting goods area was extremely hateful and sarcastic. He was obviously trying to start a fight so he could call security or police. I tried my best to stay cool and walk away. I’ve seen 2 people get treated very badly, and when they retaliated they called security. BIG bad a*ses that hide behind security. This is a p*ss poor way to do business. This is obviously NOT a customer focused retailer. All I can say is beware of hostile management that try to engage you into a fight or altercation. You’ll be in the back of a police car in minutes.

I went here last Wednesday. I started couponing again and I was hoping they would have some of the items I needed. Mostly they didn’t. But I wanted to pick up some other items. So I went to the fast check out lane. Ugh. This is where it goes bad really quickly… or not so quickly. They have a new system. That should say it all. I was complete with my order and it asked for the coupon’s then it crashed. The cashier called a manager. But they were no where to be found. It took forever. I was so annoyed. Not because it took forever or that the system crashed. I worked in the Air Force for 20 years. I am use to systems crashing especially new ones. It was the lack of communication. The cashier wasn’t able to leave her station. I was told someone was on the way for forever. I was so mad but in the end I received a refund and $ 10 gift card. Not because I was nice, no because I was so angry at the lack of compassion and I told them so. Why am I not giving them a lower score? She gave me a gift card and in the end its walmart. I should have known better.

STAYAWAYFROMALLOKCWAL-MARTSTONITE(Monday, April 7th)! Their system went down, so really, really long lines and even slower than the normal slow check-out. Customers are abandoning their baskets w/perishable items and leaving at the NW Expressway store.

First off I would like to say this is the first review I have ever felt the need to write. I went to my local walmart for 3 or 4 things. It took me about 10 minutes to get those items. I got to the check out lines and there are 4 lines open and 1 self checkout machine going. There was a huge line in every isle. It took me 25 minute to get threw check out. I was a little put out but I just figured maybe some people had called in sick or something. So I went back two days later because I had forgotten something as usual. I gab the item and get in line it took over 45 minutes to get out of walmart for 1 thing. Today I went in and the first thing I noticed is that the lines had curved around so they looked like right angles. So I just turned around and left. You would think that with all the money we spend with them, they would send some on us and create a pleasant shopping experience all the way around. Not to mention create a few well needed jobs in the process. Thats just my opinion.

Why isn’t there a star for something along the lines of, «Oh God, why am I here? AGAIN. Why do I keep doing this? I’m going to go home and have vodka in a wine glass and eat Cheetos.»? It’s long-winded, but I have a feeling it would be a popular rating. What is there to say about Wal-Mart that stays on a personal level without involving conspiracy theories and the Matrix? It’s Wal-Mart. The selection is huge and the prices aren’t bad. But they still suck. Is suck a professional way of reviewing something? No? Whatever, I’ll do what I want on my Internet. I’m not sure whether you can judge an establishment based on the crowds that collect there, BUTHEREWEGO. There’s a reason there’s a website called (fun fact, I typed ‘people’ in Google, and that was the first suggestion. We as people are now defined by the horrible inhabitants of Wal-Mart). * Shrieking/loose children–(Hey, hi. How are you? I’m one of those people that doesn’t have a child. My opinion is biased. But that’s okay. Back in MY day *waves a cane at*, I didn’t scream in stores. If I did, it happened for an exact 5 seconds before I was quieted or carried out of the store for some early childhood traumatic events that made me the semi-functional adult I am today.) * Rude people– They’re everywhere. We are human, after all. And as a race, we’re pretty awful. But I’m pretty sure there’s a convention for horrible people that meet at Wal-Mart every day, all day. Folk who run into your cart, bump into you, brush their boobs/butt against you, and phantom hand** you without so much as an «excuse me». My train of thought is gone. Hey. ** Phantom hand is that thing where you’re looking at something and this hand seemingly attached to NOONE just reaches past your FACE and grabs something.

It is walmart. What is there to say? I like the layout. I DONOT like how no matter what time of day I go, there is always a long line. They REFUSE to open up more lanes. I’ve been at 3am and 3pm and every time in between. They WILLNOT open more than about six registers no matter how long the lines are. Other than that, it is reasonable and decent I guess.

Just thought I’d let you know that this Wal-Mart is not closed. I was shopping there last night(03−21−10). Edit: Someone asked why I rated it so low if all I was going to do was post the fact that the store was, indeed, still open. I had previously given it a 1 star rating, but I have reconsidered. My reason for my rating is this, however: Wal-Mart is not a very nice place in which to shop. They usually never have what I need and when I do find what I need, it’s usually of an inferior quality and falls apart faster than it should. This Wal-Mart was no exception in that regard. The only thing it had going for it was that the people at its Customer Service Desk were friendly when I was returning the merchandise I had bought. But I really do feel that I shouldn’t HAVE to return merchandise. I only really ever go to Wal-Mart when I feel my back is against the wall and there is no place else I can go.
