Fast service good coffee friendly staff. It’s what you’d expect from a Waffle House kind of grease but good food

Went here for the first time and was quite surprised. Service and food were great. Our server was Laquanda and she was awesome. She takes pride in her job, something you don’t see very often. The restaurant was very clean, the service was fast and efficient. When we arrived that were very busy so we had to wait for a seat. Laquanda continued to apologize for our wait and assured us it would only be a short time before something opened up. She acknowledged every patron that walked in and continued to check on them until they were seated. This location will continue to do well with the staff they have working there. Even the cook checked on his when he had time between orders. Great job!

Not friendly like most Waffle House’s are! Not very clean! Service was quick & food was good! The waitress did the minimum! I was hoping she would come back after she dropped the ticket, we were still eating, I wanted a to-​go drink! But she never came back & I couldn’t get anyone’s attention, I would have doubled her tip if she would’ve put a smile on her face & did just a little extra!

This waffle house is always dirty & nasty! We can never get waited on. We won’t be back! The waitress took our drink order which was 2 waters and never came back. We walked out.

Place is nasty, im staying at the hotel next door and wanted to get something to eat. Never again, I’ll eat out of the hotel vending machine.

good thing the food was good! the place is horribly dirty like no one could pick up a broom behind the line by the grill was disgusting too! clean up the place and remind your servers not to talk too loudly about how their still drunk and haven’t been to sleep all night because she was at the casino and I think the place will be awesome! with only enough room for 20 customers it should be lots and lots cleaner!

Honestly, nothing special at this place. I would probably come here after a long night of partying and were too hung over to cook breakfast. But if you like simple and basic breakfast then this is the place!

Tonight was absolutely horrible! We get there and there isn’t a table or booth with a clean table. We seat ourselves at the cleanest and the cook drops a plate that shatters sending glass shards all over the people at the high bar and the kitchen! Our waitress comes by we place our order and hubby wanted steak and eggs his favorite. He orders t-​bone waitress comes back says they’re out he orders ribeye then a few minutes later she’s back to say they are out of ribeye. We ask for what’s left the sirloin but for two since they’re small. It becomes a testy argument with the cook bc we don’t want to be charged for 2 steak n egg meals just one ala carte. We receive baby girls eggs first with my ham then a few minutes later my eggs n hash browns still no drinks then the waffle and finally hubby gets some eggs grits hash browns and another five later his well done steaks with the lemon and straw for the waters. Two years ago (2013) I ate here Christmas night for dinner it was the worst Christmas ever and the managers were the best and made my night less bleak. I don’t know what happened to them but they need to come back.

My daughter and I were in town for a dance competition and staying at the Holiday Inn across the street from this Waffle House so we stopped in for brunch. The hostess, Jennifer, that greeted us was kind and friendly and very pleasant. There were 5 other groups ahead of us but we only waited around 5 minutes because Jennifer was on top of things. As soon as a table emptied she was wiping the table clean so the next in line could be seated. She didn’t wait around for a busboy to find the time, she had all of us seated in no time. The server, Crystal, was also very helpful and kind and took very good care of us. The food was good (Texas Bacon Cheesesteak Melt and an omelet). Professionalism had a bit to be desired. The Manager was yelling to the servers as they were taking customer orders. Not a lot of seating and the kitchen area was a mess.

We stayed in the hotel next door a few weeks ago. We got there around 10pm and were excited about getting a late night snack at the Waffle House.
The prices were amazing, but that wasn’t enough to salvage the visit. When we got there the servers were hanging out at a table with some customers, possibly off duty employees. The group was loud and annoying and didn’t quiet down at all when other customers came in.
Our tattooed waitresses were fine at first glance but there was just something a bit off. The cook was sitting at the bar reading a paper and gave a dirty look of inconvenience every time an order came in that forced her to do actual work. While we were eating, I watched our server prepare her self a snack, and eat it right in front of us.
Lastly, the waffles just weren’t that good. Eggo frozen waffles are better than these.

First time Waffle House customer here. I was tired, hungry, and it was late. I drove about 9 hours and arrived about 10 pm, so this was my oasis in the desert.
Food is decent and cheap. I ordered the large breakfast (can’t remember the name). I had not eaten since lunch, so I snarfed it all down.
Sara is a great waitress and works hard. All of the staff was kind and worked well together.
I am now officially in love with Waffle House and won’t be returning to Denny’ s anytime soon. Still debating on IHOP.
