I went to trade in my phone. Was greeted kindly and the first portion of meeting was kind and tentative. After I declined the iPad that was pushed multiple times the customer service agent continued to ignore me and Pulled out their phone to text. Completely rude. I asked for the amount that i would be charged monthly, but since they were busy putting on my screen cover they would tell me after. Once the Rep was done with the screen cover, I no longer was their customer, the rep left me with a different representative to switch over the pics, contacts, ect. whom my last rep continued to another customer. My old phone was being transferred over to my new phone so we left the premise and when I returned I asked for my old phone to make sure everything was deleted. They had already taken the phone to the back. The manager did bring my phone out to show everything was erased. I appreciate that but I also didn’t check my new phone to see if everything transferred. Which DIDN’T. My wedding vows were taken as a picture(only copy) that did not transfer over and I realized this on our way home. I was never told my monthly amount and charges and I also asked about my husbands phone whom should have protection coverage. They get 2 stars because the first time I went to the store, I had representative Joy who was very kind and helpful. My second and last time going to this store is because of my recent experience. Take this as you wish, my husband and I will not be returning.

I went with problem with my iPhone, it’s my baby and it needed fixing. I feel bad I don’t remember the name of the nice lady that helped me, but she did her magic, and bam! My baby works fine. Awesome service from a cell phone company? Can’t believe it.
