What a wonderful experience. I only had one quote and really do not think I could have done better. Dustin was very friendly, courteous, and very professional. Very quick to answer any correspondence; showed up for the job on time; After removing two trees. trimming one and cleaning up leaving the area cleaner than before work began. I would not hesitate to use Urban Arborists again and will definitely recommend them to friends, or anyone who asks for tree service or removal. I’d rate them 6 stars, but they only show 5.

If you need trees removed — trimmed — etc this is the business to use! They were outstanding!
We got multiple quotes to have a large tree removed. Most of the time you choose the lowest. This was not the lowest but they were the most professional and responsive. The quote was competitive and affordable.
They are very thorough (everything was cleaned up and removed) — extremely personable and knowledgeable — and timely.
We plan to use them again and would highly recommend them to others.
