Ulta 3 Cosmetics

i used to live in Stillwater so I went to the brow bar there and they were awesome !!! They made my uneven skinny brows into thick beautiful brows. I moved to Edmond and went to the closest Ulta brow bar and the lady basically plucked the ends of my brow too much and told me they just grow like that ! Now I have half brows ! So nope not coming back.

GREAT selection of items! This location is pretty big and carries a decent selection of women’s and also men’s items!
The deals are always great, as usual for any Ulta. :D They always accept my $ 3.50 off $ 10 purchase coupon. This location let me use the coupon on all clearance items, which was a pleasant surprise but a first. The women at the counter also gave me an additional sample item to go! You can’t make a customer more happy than when letting them use a coupon on clearance items AND giving them free things!
Great visit! Great store! Will be back!

This store will do if you are in a desperate pinch. The shelves were extremely messy and under stocked. It was dark and hard to see because a lot of lights were burnt out. A lot of products were dirty. The employees took forever to acknowledge me. I’m disappointed to say the least.

I was so impressed by this ULTA store. The store was neat and clean. The shelves were well stocked and the employees were pleasant and helpful. I was especially impressed by Miranda. She answered all my questions thoroughly and helped me find the products I needed. Then I found out she was a hair dresser and that Ulta has a hair salon.
I had my hair cut and styled by Miranda also. She was gentle and meticulous. My hair turned out perfect. I am going back soon to have highlights done.

Ulta was having 40% off of Revlon which is a brand I like using. I thought I would have to go to the mall. While I walking outside of Dollar Tree I noticed this Ulta. Drove over to their store. Location of the store was busy. Easter was last weekend so many people were out buying gifts.
Walked into the store and they had a display with some of the items I wanted.
Two feet in front of the registers were the lipsticks that I wanted to see. It was a weird location and a little crowded.
Brought my items up to register and checked out. I don’t normally shop at ulta but I thought I would try it since I had 3.50 of of 10.
The clerk was very friendly when I checked out.

This Ulta is awful. Messy and disorganized shelves, picked over stock, and rude cashiers. I still remember clearly the time I was told by a cashier there that it was «against the rules» to tell me how many points I had on my Ulta card after scanning it – you know, to check to see if there are available points to use? I’ve been shopping at Ultas around the country for nearly a decade now (god, I feel old), and this was the first time I had heard about this so-​called rule. And guess what? I came back a couple months later, and lo, the cashier told me the number of points on my card. So… what rule?
Needless to say, I shop at this location purely out of convenience when my concealer/​eye primer/​perfume stock is low, and nothing else. I’m usually ready to get out of there after 5 minutes (if even).

This review it’s for «ulta» it’s self but more this specific store. This store is alwaysssss a mess alwayssss out of almost everything and the staff is just terrible. There’s always a long wait in line and it never fails I always go in after something they are out of. When I ask why they are always out of things they say the warehouse just is bad about sending stuff. I dont know what the real problem is. But I live in Edmond and drive all the way to Midwest city just to avoid the frustrations of dealing will this store.
