Not bad service like they’re rude or anything like that, it’s just that we made a reservation for a truck pick up this morning. When we get here they mention that they may have given the rental to someone else. Maybe a bit of confusion going in with the staff, but it’s okay they’re working on making something happen and even though it’s busy they’re very friendly. We’ll see how long this takes though, there’s a lot that needs moving in little time and the miscommunication is putting us behind. Prices range from $ 14.95-$ 39.95 not including the .99cents per mile for gas.
